Our technician was very thorough and did a great job with our carpet and tile. This was our first time using Zerorez, and we will be using again!
I hope I remembered his name correctly...but John was very courteous & knowledgeable...not to mention personable . He verbalized expectations ahead of time & out performed them.
Finley, the service tech that came was such a joy to have in my home. He was very professional & friendly. Did a great job on my carpets. I can't wait to have him come back & do some other work. Great experience.

Eric was wonderful...very professional and efficient. My carpets look great, and all the stains are gone. The tile looks like new! Eric did an amazing job cleaning the tile and grout in a very high traffic area. I could hardly believe the results.
Friendliness of the service staff and workers. They are careful, considerate and informative. They do try to share additional information on the additional service they can do at the time and in the future. I really like them. The carpet always smells and looks so clean afterwards.

Evidently I misunderstood the estimate. I expected to pay about 500-600 for the carpets, tile, and whole a/c Vents and Registers. I actually paid nearly 800 for just the carpet and tile. The tech was very nice, and I observed him trying to make the grout in my entryway tile lighter, but, per the tech, it evidently it is a dark grout. For stain treatment he charged for 5 or 6 gallons, but frankly I do not know how he could have used so many. I had a bad stain in my hallway and a bad stain near my garage door. He did the best he could and I still see a shadow stain in the hall - not what I expected. The stain near the garage door is less than it was, but still bad. I told him to use the more expensive stain remover (flash I think he called it) because I had no idea what the stains are. (I just bought this house, it came with the stains.) My bathroom tile does not look any different to me. It is white tile and I expected better. I didn't realize I expected too much from Zerorez, after listening to Jody Dean on the radio for years telling me how effective you are. Now I question everything he says, too.
At any rate, cleaning my floors killed my budget so I cancelled the a/c cleaning treatment.
I suppose I will recommend Zerorez to others if the traffic areas do not re-manifest very quickly. However, I will put a disclaimer on my recommendation that they should expect to pay more than quoted, and to expect the stains to still be evident.
Everything came out so good! The young man that did the work was great! I Can't remember his name but please look up our service so you can see who that was, he was very friendly, explained everything and was good mannered. (Which is rare these days)
The Technician was great, he is the reason for the 10, I would ask for him everytime!
Excellent technician (Fabian), who was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. I also appreciated the work Fabian did to prep the carpet before cleaning. The products worked very well on our carpets and got all of the spots out. Our carpet is soft and fluffy and looks brand new again!

Your representative gave me a better understanding of the cause of my desk problem. They had good recommendations and not all of them were expensive. He gave me many options and told me to call and air-conditioning expert for one solution. I'm very happy that my solution is reasonable cost. Thanks for all his great Training I will be recommending you to friends.
Service and great product
The previous owners' couch left big stains on the carpet, but after Zerorez, the stains are gone. The technician was friendly and professional.

I did not receive the free Hawaiian falls tickets even they were on my receipt. I would like them to be mailed to me. Also, while I am pleased with the carpet, it seems very clean - I got the idea that the pricing is not consistent with the advertising. I did appreciate the gentleman that cleaned the flooring. He seemed quite helpful.
