The Technician who cleaned my carpet, Mark, did a great job. I paid $277+ for my service, and my credit card was charged at the end of the visit. However, I received a call from Angel in the HR Department two days later stating that I had NOT paid for my service and I was going to be turned in to the authorities for theft of service if I did not pay. Really, this is how you treat customers who actually paid for their service. I was going to give Zerorez a good review on Yelp and other social media outlets, but now instead I am going to make it my mission to tell as many people as possible not to use Zerorez because of the disrespectful manner in which they treat their customers.
Carpet was cleaned very well.
On our delivery of the air filter - in home - we love it - got it within the last 2 weeks - but we're missing the wheels. Very nice guy who delivered it, however. Otherwise, we're happy.

He even explained how to maintain my clean carpet in the future between professional cleanings. I love that I was so informed. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Fabien.
I have very light cream colored burber carpet and it is over 20 years old. It now looks amazing. The service was prompt and your employee was polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend and use this service again.

I originally requested Justin and he didn't come but Blake was very personable and professional. I really enjoyed the first guy Blake he did an awesome job but his truck/ cleaning machine broke down so you guys made him leave and a new guy came instead of just bringing Blake a new truck. The second guy seemed rushed and ready to leave as soon as he got here.
Quality work at a reasonable price
Asked for a morning appointment, but he did not arrive until 2:00 pm. Carpets seem to look a little streaky...clen in places but still dirty in places.

Bryson was very kind, knowledgeable, and forward about what needed to be done and the condition of our carpet. Although I am not exactly sure what is in your cleaning solutions, I like that your company is making an effort to use something other than harsh/toxic chemical's and detergents. Our carpet is noticeably cleaner after your service, and it was supposedly professionally cleaned just 3 months ago before we moved in.

It was easy to set the appointment, but the nice lady on the phone (Angel) quoted a price of $107.00 plus tax, but the bill was $99 plus $10 gas charge for a total of $109.00 plus tax. I know $2 isn't much, but I should have paid the quoted amount. The tech (Rory) was very professional and easy to work with. He did an excellent job and we are pleased with his service.
