Healthy carpet cleaning by experienced representatives who work to make sure you
are happy with the job done.
I had watched a cat for a friend, that ended up spraying my 200 sq ft room. The technician ended up using 14 GALLONS of your pet cleaner. He showed me the area when he had used 2, and we had 3 other areas, about the same size, so I was figuring, MAX, 8 gallons. He told me AFTER he was finished that he had used 14. There was never a number discussed, never a "I think it may take X gallons, is that okay?" or "How many gallons am I able to use before you'd like an update?" or, and this would have been best "Ma'am, this carpet can be replaced for $400, and I'm thinking it will take more than that in the cost of the pet cleaner." Your company should have a policy to follow, get verification, or at a certain dollar or gallon amount, re-check with the home owner.

Actually move the small pieces of furniture to clean around/behind them. First tech i believe we've even had who did a great job of the spaces that had been cleared for him, but did not move small things and so did not need to put any furniture protector strips on feet of anything.

Your rep (Chris I think)was very punctual, a good communicator and our carpets are looking so much better then they were before you cleaned them and the kitchen tile looks great as well!

Your people went above and beyond. The carpet came out looking great. Need to work a tad on communications and scheduling but other than that, it all went well.
Good job at first glance. But there were spots that were merely faded, elevated charges for very small areas, and an area 3-4 feet long in a traffic area where liquid came up between my toes when I walked barefoot there. I had to bring in a big fan and run it overnight to be ready for company the next day.
This was my second use of your company. The first was very satisfactory; this one not as much.
But it was still better than the services I have gotten elsewhere.
We like the care that goes into doing a good job. We love the lack of harsh chemicals!
The pet treatment did not reduce any of the biological areas on the carpet. There are two areas of my carpet that are now loose that were not before. Also, the gentleman scrubbing the carpet showed up for the initial inspectionwith shoe covers on but had them off while scrubbing and retreiving things from the van.
They did a great job cleaning all of our floors thru out the whole house and we had a good friendly rep.
Booking was a little difficult and I didn't get the special that was emailed to me...

You did not explain the pet treatment cost during the time I setup appointment. Later, the pet treatment is charged by per gallon for 75 dollars. I am not thrilled about this.
