NO CHEMICAL SMELL

After the first pet treatment, my carpet smelled worse than before. After the second treatment, my carpet now has a bad chemical smell. Called customer service and was told that I needed to get the padding replaced. I have spent nearly $500 to get my carpet cleaned and the smell is worse than ever! I do not want to spend even more money on getting the padding replaced since you don't guarantee your work. Your product obviously can't do the job and it left me with a nasty chemical smell on my carpet! Not a happy customer!

The technician was extremely nice and explained what he was going to use on my carpets to help get rid of the dig urine and smell. He also took the time to explain why my one bedroom carpet looked dirty after another cleaning service had cleaned the carpet

No chemicals or residue
I like your cleaning process is all natural, using water only. My carpet seems to maintain it's cleaner appearance longer after Zerorez cleans. I did notice some of the dirtier area/spots returning once the carpet dried, but still better than any other cleaning service. The technician, RaShonda(sp.?) was the best technician I've ever had! She did a fabulous job, taking her time and being very thorough.

This place is a joke. i complained my carpets were not cleaned and the company sent out another person who then tried to charge us EXTRA money to clean the carpet. Why would I waste more money on a company that did not clean the carpet the first time? The guy who came out for the second time just stood there and said he couldn't get the carpets cleaned without additional cost. Why advertise and set up an appointment to clean only to leave customers frustrated and cheated. I will not only NOT recommend this company, I will put my reviews on the internet so everyone can see how worthless this service is. My neighbors highly recommended this company. It was a huge disappointment and a total waste of time and my hard earned money.
