I was discussing a problem with a rep today and was fisconnected. Wouldn't you think the man who called me would call back? What a shame such a fine product is being marred by corporate behavior! Customer dissatifaction with service spreads quickly on Facebook. I wish I could have been heard out rather than have to be heard by neighbors and friends and the Internet.

I love the work Zerorez does. My carpets always look amazing and the guys that come to my house are always very polite and conscientious.

The service was done right and efficiently.

The carpet looks really good. The job you did on the tile was awful. We paid a lot of extra money to do the tile, we might have gotten the 100' free on the tile but even that was bad. And that is about all they did. We have a 10 x 10 kitchen but there is a 3 x 5 island in the middle of it. That was not 100' of tile. The technician recommended doing the eat in kitchen so the grout would look the same but the grout didn't look any different than what was behind the pantry and laundry room doors and he didn't even touch those two places. I came home from work and had to mop the tile they had "cleaned". I used a brand new mop head and clean hot water. The water was black by the time I was done. I don't know what it was you used on the tile but it was streaked all over the place. You could see where the technician had walked and turned the machine around. Even on the tile in the Master bath, which he wasn't supposed to clean, you could see where he drug the machine in there to turn it to get it back on the carpet in the bedroom area. All in all, it was a very poor tile job. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Zerorez for tile cleaning.

I loved the service I got... I loved how melissa answered all my questions. She clearly loves her job. My tech walked me through each step and was super friendly and even cleaned some places I didn't even think would get cleaned. He is amazing. I give 10 out of 10. And will gladly tell everyone how great you are.

Technician was very courteous and professional and did a thorough job.

Unfortunately the carpet cleaning process left an orange stain on my off white carpet. And this wasnt an area that needed any special attention.
My service guy was super diligent though. The stain appeared after it was starting to dry.

The techs are always so professional and knowledgeable of Zero Rez services. They explain what they are doing and are very thorough.

Had to come to redo my tile floors. This should have been done correctly the first time😞

Someone is returning this Friday-- our stains weren't removed, and somehow the treatment put on the carpet didn't seem to rinse out--- you can see where the treatment was put on the stains.
