The carpets are 20 years old, but look like new again! The gentleman doing the work was on-time, polite, got to work immediately, answered my questions and the end result was wonderful!

The work done was great. But, one of the team almost fell through my attic, and damaged the ceiling. Justin handled it professionally and informed me repeatedly I would receive a call to get it repaired. After one week with no call, I contacteded the company. I was told the manager had just come in, so the phone rep would send him an email, and I would receive a call soon. No call.
Not disappointed in the product or service provided - but I am disappointed in the follow up to correct the damage. How can you make things right? Fix the damage in a timely manner.
The machine was not working and it took 4 hours to get it fixed, meaning that our whole Saturday morning and part of the afternoon was lost . Rashonda was wonderful, but the company should have either sent out another truck or given us a discount for the inconvenience. We will not likely use the company again.
It was truly a miracle. Our carpets feel brand new and soft. It really is amazing to watch.

On time. Plenty of updates. Beautiful cleaning job on carpet AND tile. Very friendly service man who kindly refused my tip. All at an incredible price.,and...no annoying smell or squishy carpet for days.

The technicians, every single one of them, are always extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I know that I am going to get excellent service, every single time.
Carpet cleaning technician took a very long time explaining things I did not need and asking questions unrelated to my needs. I paid more for 2 chairs to be cleaned than 3 carpeted rooms!! Exorbitant! $80 a Chair???!!! And one chair did not come clean. He took entirely too long to complete the job - over 3 1/2 hours! He left his equipment all over the house, up and down stairs. I had to help him locate it all to pack up his things. I had to rush him out so that I could leave to pick up my daughter from school...only to discover that he made a mess on my hard wood floors. I had to wipe up sticky cleaning solutions in my hallways as well as around the chairs in my family room. I never had a chance to have the free ceramic tile cleaning. I will not me using your services again.
I had an issue when the carpet was cleaned. Called the office and asked to have the supervisor/manager call me to discuss. No one called me back.
I like how zerorez cleans carpets without the use of harsh chemicals/detergents.

Your technician, Jesica, was very nice and eager to do a good job. She was very agreeable to retreat a few spots that I thought needed more attention. She was pleasant, looked the job over to be sure of exactly what I wanted done and then she went right to work.
Showed up 2 hrs late, while telling me twice that the technician was on the way.
I was late for an appointment because of it.

For single people have an option for someone to help more furniture. My service man helped me move two pieces off but I had to move back on after he was gone when carpet was dry.
Always receive good service. I do think that your cleaner should help pet stains (little spots not big ones)
Once the window of arrival passed I finally called customer service and was told it would be another hour. I understand people get backed up, but expect a call giving a status instead of waiting around.
