The cleaner apparently did not assess our carpet's issue well as the new carpet chemical smell is still present after the cleaning.

I have steam cleaned carpet before using industrial cleaners and I know I did a better job than what zerorez claims they are doing. I am not sold on your technique using just water. For what you charged me and the outcome, we could have done better with another company. I will not recommend you to my friends or associates.

There is no residue left in the carpet as well as the pet stain products and stain protectants.
The technician went out of his way to achieve positive results on my heavily soiled carpet. He also explained my options very thoroughly, but without a high pressure sales pitch. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.
The carpet and tile in my home cleaned by zerorez are noticeably brighter than other times they were professionally cleaned.
Stains reappeared after the carpet dried. Expected the stains to be removed.
