your attention to customer needs and service
In and out quickly and drying time was quick!
My carpet and tile was really clean after I had it done. I now get refills for my Zerorez water and when I call, they promptly come out and refill!
Effective and safe
No smell. Furniture and carpet feels wonderfully soft after cleaning.
The tech did a decent job, however I didn't like the fell of the carpet after it dried. Maybe once I vacuum it will be better. I also thought to have my throw rug cleaned was a bit high so I didn't have it cleaned.
The tecnicism was very knowledgeable and well mannered. He wanted o be sure I was satisfied with the service and even went over a couple areas. The carpet in my office and in the hallway were horrible and after cleaning it almost looks brand new. I loved The fact that there is no idea to the products.
your employee was very informative,polite and professional. Time will tell if your method is what it is advertise to be. The price of add ons was on the high side, esp. for seniors on fixed income. Thanks for being on schedule.
The service guy sergio was very professional, courteous. There was no pressure for up selling the service. price was reasonable and I am happy with the work done.

Carpet still had spots & tile grout did not come clean. (My carpets are only 1 year old & were treated to keep spills etc from being absorbed. I really think all those little spots should have come out!) Also your company does not move ANY small furniture to clean!! If we dont move it you clean around it. I've used other companies who DO move the small items and dont charge what you do! We gave zero rez a try but wouldn't use you again.
The carpet looks great and dried very quickly.
The young man who did our job was so nice. When he arrived I added several more rooms to the job and he ended up being here until 8pm. He was very sweet and I really appreciated his great attitude.

I have been in the cleaning business for 15 years. I was reluctant to believe this system could work as well as it does. Our carpets look amazing! Combine that with the quality of your service technicians and it's a winning formula. Kyle was not only knowledgeable but a complete professional. He really made the experience great!!
I bought my house a year ago and had the carpets cleaned (not by you) when I moved in. There were several stains that remained after the cleaning. Zerorez came yesterday and what a difference! My carpets look amazing! Service technician was very nice and explained all of the steps.
Most of the stains that were treated did not come out. The rest of the carpet looks great.

Too expensive, have good packages for folks with bigger homes. At some point my want to clean more often but will have to use 2 companies on different days just to be able to get specials. Technician who came out was great and polite.

The guy who came to clean my carpets was fabulous!!! He was professional, friendly and polite. When he left, everything that I wanted cleaned was done with no spots whatsoever left behind - he did a great job.
My only other comment is that I have not received the Brazilian steakhouse voucher. When can I expect to receive that?
I liked the care of the person doing the cleaning. The heavy vacuuming was great. The end result was very good.

The tech was supposed to call 30 min before he arrived, he didn't call at all. The tech only did the minimum he had to do to complete the job. He only went over the carpet with one sweep & then on to the next area. He missed an entire 3ft by 3 ft area in the living room & I had to ask him to clean it. The carpet looked better when he left than when he first got there, but it was a medium job, nothing like I'm used to getting from Zero Rez. I use you guys all the time, usually it's fantastic, just not this time.

The young man in charge was very thorough, pleasant and easy to work with. The carpets look great. He worked very hard. And his assistant was excited about learning the business and worked hard also.
The main reason we chose ZeroRez is that we use the most "natural" products we can find, expecially since we have indoor animals who live on our carpets 24/7.
The first time I used you it was a disaster and I was so very dissappointed because I had high expectations having listened to your ads. Because of my disappointment you returned and cleaned my carpet and it was unbelievable how good it looked and stayed that way for a very long time. You came recently and part of my carpet seems to be almost stain free but other parts obvious stains remain. I don't know what made the difference between this last cleaning and the one before. I don't understand why it is not clean all over like it was before. I think the young man did his very best but I just can't feel the 100% satisfaction like before - I would say 60% satisfied but I was hoping and looking forward to a very clean carpet.
