Bring the advertised Restaurant Gift Card to the service appointment. Now, for the second time, I have not received the $50 value from the Gift Card on your advertisement. The first time, I was told the restaurant part had expired even though it was not noted as so on the advertisement. This time, I was told it would be mailed to me. I left a VM at the office requesting a call to determine how I am to receive the gift card this time. Overall service for carpets was good, but this point is disappointing and annoying. Will you make it right this time? And for last?
NO CEMICALS USED AND THE CARPET COMES OUT BEAUTIFUL AND SOFT. THE TILE IN MY KITCHEN HAS LIFE AGAIN!
The carpet looks fantastic. Stains in my teenager's room came out beautifully. I could do without the constant up selling of Scotch guard and A/C filters, but I LOVE my clean carpets. I only use ZeroRez.
Service representative was excellent and through, moving furniture and adding blocks under items until carpet dries. So far, I am very pleased and he did a great job.

Your products do a very thorough job of getting rid of all stains and leaving the carpet looking like new. Also, there's nothing in your product to make dirt appear faster after it's cleaned. Your technician who did our carpets (Matt) was so careful getting around our home so as not to damage anything. He was very efficient and did an outstanding job and answered any questions I had. I've used Zerorez in the past at another house and would certainly call Zerorez for any future carpet needs.

My carpets looked great after having them cleaned and treated with zerorez. The service technician was extremely nice and helpful. Appointment was easy to set up and zerorez came out with in a couple days of my request. Actual price was in line with quoted price over the telephone. No extra or hidden fees. Will definitely use zerorez again in the future.
My initial conversation with the front desk lady was great. She was very understanding when my phone kept disconnecting her. The man that came to give the estimate was a delight. Very good at what he does, BUT he said someone would call us back when he turned in his estimate and we have heard from no one. I called on Thurs and was told that you had a high volume of calls and could my call be returned. It's Friday and I'm still waiting. I would like to have our carpets cleaned this month, so if you would please pass this along I'd be ever so grateful Thank you

I wish I had known in advance that the carpet would need to dry overnight before I could move my furniture back in place. The high-traffic areas weren't as clean as I had hoped.
The products is okay. The service was very good. The technicians Miguel & his son they very friendly. Before they started Miguel made sure what I wants. Everything was okay. Excellentjob.Going to use Zerorez next time.
The cleaning was done ina professional way. The sales pitch was presented, but not pressured. All in all a happy camper.
The tech made me uncomfortable with excessive conversation about the pictures I had hanging in my house. He promised to put back all the furniture I had moved for him and he left without doing so. Schedulers not particularly friendly. The person the tech calls for payment was unwilling to give the 20% discount for past customers. The experience was ok but not something I'd write home about despite what Jody Dean says.
