You declined to clean the livingroom

I am normally satisfied after my cleaning with Zerorez. After the technician finished I thought everything was done well. But it wasn't until he left that I realize it wasn't the same clean I had with my previous experience with zerorez. My three year old smelled the newly cleaned carpet and told me in stinks. I didn't realize it until I put my nose to it and sure enough it did. I don't know if a formula was changed but I wanted either no smell or the fresh smell of orange/magnolia that you guys use to prespray the carpet. The carpets were also left soggy which is fine because I know it is supposed to be wet after a steam clean. However when it dried it felt stiff which is not my previous experience with a steamed clean carpet from zerorez. There was also carpet issues that was pointed out at the beginning of the clean that didn't get addressed. I pointed out a spot where the dog had vomitted that still looked and felt the same after the clean. I also noticed another spot that didn't look clean which I didn't point out but expected it to be clean. The technician was a hard worker but the carpets were not the same clean I am use to with zerorez. Overall I am not satisfied with this clean. It just feels like another mediocre carpet cleaning experience.
Zero smell, dried quickly and had the carpets looking much improved immediately and even better when they fully dried. I don't know if friendly is a requirement for your technicians but our tech certainly was very friendly as well as professional.

Did not like the smell that was left. Smelled like mildew. Do not like the pretreat spray. Found it to be too strong.
Good job cleaning carpet. No extended drying time or lingering fragrance.
I have spots that was missed, the ordor from the protection was very strong and I was forced to sleep in a guest room, the tile floor had water spots in several areas and I had to mop soon after the tech left.
