I think you should have some kind of special deal if a person has only ONE carpeted room in the house. I thought it was kind of high $$$ to do my carpet and the couch. I told the person the couch only needed the sitting part of the couch and he could do my recliners because the back of the couch never gets dirty or touched. I thought it was a total waste of his time and product. Just saying.

One tiny room was approx. $120 as there was one small, fresh pet stain. We paid the extra... and this was still not able to take care of the problem.
Also, we were supposed to get the 100 sqft of tile done and it was forgotten in our paperwork. therefore, I had to schedule a second appointment to accommodate this.
Very thorough cleaning. Tech was able to remove stain and residual odors from carpet. Tile cleaning was great!

We have had 3 other technicians out before we had the most recent one, we were not impressed. This guy did our entire house in less than or the same amount time that the other 3 just did half the rooms. And there are much more left over spots than ever, he gave us plenty of reasons why we would have them...

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets several times before the last one. We were always highly satisfied. This time, none of the furniture was cleaned under (which had been done every other time), and a couple of the rooms still had stains and spots where the carpet wasn't even cleaned. We were supposed to get 100 sq. feet of tile cleaning and that was never even mentioned. We were not as pleased with this most recent visit.

Your equipment kept popping the circuit breakers of my new house. The technician-operator did the best he could but said his equipment had something wrong with it. I don't think I got as clean a carpet as I needed.
No soap residue and the technician was courteous and professional.
Prompt, friendly and very thorough
The information I got from the technician was excellent (and the carpet looks beautiful). Getting information on the telephone was difficult with long wait to talk with a live person. That is a definite negative.

I think your kluv advertisements over sale your service. Technician was a wonderful guy and seemed to work hard at getting the stains out. Your ads make it seem like you are miracle workers when it comes to getting spots out of the carpet. Our carpet is a high grade carpet 3 years old, admittedly one room very dirty, but zerorez just wasn't able get all the stains out. So,maybe you should add some kind of disclaimer to your ad, that you can't always make the carpet look as good as what you claim you can. According to your tech, there's nothing you can do to make it right, stains have just been there too long. Stains have been there approximately 3 months. We don't know what they are, maybe ground in dirts and oil combined.
