Efficiency

Your proposal was for $10,000 to clean the carpet on out walls in our Ballroom. We could buy new carpet less than that. There are so many things we (or anyone) could do for $10,000. Myself and everyone within our organization are shocked, almost speechless that this could be correct.

We have used Zerorez for years, but this will be the last time. The exact same service last year at the exact same rate per room ($29) cost us $250 for 4 rooms and walk in closet plus the sealant. This year we were charged over $500 for 6 rooms plus walk in closet. Your agent could not explain the pricing. When I questioned how $29 per room for 6 rooms ended up being over $300, he said he wasn't sure what rate I was given in the system. I reminded him I had a coupon, and he said he saw that (he even took the coupon with him). While trying to convince me to let him do the microseal, he could not tell me the price. He did finally tell me the total cost with the microseal would be $500 plus tax. Then I received an invoice that is not itemized, not clear and makes it sound like we waived the microseal. Although he did a good job cleaning the carpets, we definitely feel like we were ripped off on the pricing. And I should mention, he did not clean entire rooms because we did not move beds and other large furniture. The family room was the only room we removed all furniture except for the large TV cabinet. Very disappointed with Zerorez for allowing overpricing.

Spots in living room, worse than before you came out. Called yesterday to have it redone, was told it would be done today between 4:00-6:30, just called now (6:20)to confirm since I have not heard from anyone - no appointment was on the schedule. Not acceptable!

Include 75167 in your regular service area.

Removed so many more stains than I ever would have imagined. Made an old carpet look good enough to keep for a little longer!

No chemicals

Arrive time was late for more than one hour due to problem with truck. One man crew only clean "around" chairs, did not move them to clean the carpet underneath.

The technician put a hole in my wall while he was here and refused to admit he did it. I called customer service within 30 minutes of the service. That guy apologized and said a manager would be in contact with me. I finally got a call five days later saying they'd contact their contractor and I'd hear from the contractor next. I am currently waiting for that but it looks like I may be stuck with a damaged wall for the holidays. On top off all that, Im noticing now that the cleaning tread marks are disappearing, most of the stains and dirt marks are still present. I am not pleased at all. I hope I just had a bad technician but for $200, I was hoping to be somewhat pleased.

We are a "repeat customer" and would never use any other carpet cleaning company; we have had bad experiences with others. We can honestly feel (and smell) a difference in the air after Zerorez has been here. We were embarrassed about our carpet in a few areas of the house after about 7 years of not having the carpet cleaned because the house was "full" - and did not really think the carpet could look clean again, but thought we would have Zerorez out and then if we had to, we would replace the carpet. Now, we are good to go for awhile again. Zerorez amazed us once again! VERY satisfied.

The technician was very helpful and actually cared that I got the service I needed.

A couple of stains did not come up with the cleaning

Zerorez technicians bend over backwards to take care of us. They are thorough and never rush through appointments. They arrive on time and never try to hard sell us on extra services. They were here last week and when the carpets dried, there were a few spots that hadn't come out. I called (this is two days before Thanksgiving, mind you) to ask if they could swing by and take care of this and they will be here this afternoon. Spots are small but show on the very light carpet and I wanted the house to be perfect for the holiday. Zerorez to the rescue. Couldn't be happier.

I did the pet treatment on the worse spots and was disappointed to see that it was not a guaranteed solution. I had two small rooms cleaned and paid $250. One would think that would be enough to clean those spots correctly. It is too confusing how much things cost etc. The general carpet cleaning was good.
