We had a pet with cancer and he was very ill for about a year and our carpet reflected that in the worst way. I was embarrassed to have people in our house. We thought we would need to rip it all up and start over, but ZeroRez made it look like new.

What could we do to improve?

The two gentlemen that were at my house were very nice, but I was a little disappointed in the entrance to two of my rooms. I think a little bit more time could have been spent in getting the dirt out. Also, there was no vacuuming by your reps this time...once my rugs dried I went over each rug three times to get additional dog hair out of the carpets.

Also, as a precaution for other people...they need to dry the tile after doing the carpets. I fell in my bathroom and have sore shoulders along with a sore ankle. I still like the feel of my carpets and will use zerorez again. I hope this helps with some positive feedback

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Braxton called at 8:15 to say he would be at my house in 1/2 hour, he didn't show up until an hour after that. I had to call Zerores to find out if he was coming. He said he had to go back to the shop because of brake fluid or something. He could have called to say he was going to be late, but he didn't. He parked in the driveway which the e-mail said he would never do, I made him move to the street, it took over 1/2 hour after to even start on my carpets, he was walking outside with the booties on in the wet grass and street and then expected to come in my house. I made him put new booties on. He said that my carpets weren't that dirty so all he needed to do was a 'rinse'. I told him that I was paying to get my carpets cleaned. He missed spots on my carpet and I had to tell him to do them. He didn't spray the pre-soak stuff in the master closet and bedroom, and he sprayed too much in the living room and study. When he left, there was white residue all over the brick by my front door, it ruined my welcome mat, I had to buy another one. I've scrubbed the brick 3 times and the white stuff still isn't off. He left a huge oil spill in front of my house in the street and tire tracks all over my driveway. Are you guys going to clean up the oil spill? Thank god I had him move or it would be on my driveway. I will never use you guys again. He said he was one of the 'seasoned' guys, I would hate to see the worst! UGH!

I was very happy with the outcome of our rugs. They were very dirty and the stains came out and the rug looks like new. The 2 guys that came were very cordial and did a great job

usually there are no problems when I have used Zerorez before...this time, not so. I had to go to work and was not there to supervise-I will never do that again! The tech did not do the work that I had arranged with the person on the phone. I am very disappointed. We had a party this weekend and 3 people staying with us...dirty stained carpets upstairs on the landing that were not cleaned and how he could not notice that is unbelievable. I was also told by the phone person that I would have bathroom tiles cleaned and the tech refused to do that. He kept telling my husband that it was not part of our package...we did not have a "package". I trusted that the correct job would be done while I was gone and it was not. The tech was not the same great guy that usually comes to our house, either. He did do a good job on one bedroom, and the stairs looked nice. I hope someone will call me...I wrote everything down that I was told on the phone and gave it to my husband to show the tech and then the tech said that was not our "deal". Since we were having a party this weekend and I was very busy with details and visitors, I did not take the time to call and complain.

I spent almost $600 to have my carpets cleaned in 4 rooms. I was told that by adding the additional expensive treatment, it would get the smell of pet urine out. Although it smelled better at first, as my carpets have continued to dry, the smell has returned. I would have rather been told that they weren't sure the smell would come out rather than lead me to believe if I spent the money that it would. I could have spent just a couple of hundred more to have the carpet completely replaced in that room.
In addition, my carpet is not dry almost 48 hours later. That doesn't seem normal.

What could we do to improve?

I called two weeks in advance to get early morning, but was not given. Plus I mentioned the coupon I had, but when the person was done cleaning the carpet. He showed no coupon mentioned, so he called into the office to check on this coupon and that took 15 min extra to get an answer.
