Technician, Robert Ochoa, was very nice, professional, and thorough. Arrived when promised. (In the past, this hasn't been the case, and for that reason I was hesitant about using Zerorez service again!)

Carpets are clean and fresh, no particular smell, just "fresh."

This was the 3rd or 4th time we have used Zerorez since we moved to the Dallas area. We have always been MORE than pleased with your serice and the technicians. They get the job done, they are beyond knowledgeable about your product and more than polite. We are very, very pleased.

The guy who cleaned the carpet was REALLY nice - no problem there. The carpet, however, really did not look much different afterward. It was 3.5 years old and I really thought it would look better. I have never paid for carpet cleaning before and doubt I will again.

The technician damaged the grout on our new ceramic tile. He offered excuses that I knew to be false. He said he had only been cleaning carpets for three months. After he had been in the bedroom for quite a while I went to check and he was playing on his phone. It took him 3 1/2 hours to clean 5 rooms and a hall. He continued to try to sell me additional protection for the carpet after I repeatedly told him no. Then, when dealing with customer service regarding the grout issue, I repeatedly had to call and/or email to inquire about the progress. No progress or follow up had been accomplished after 4 business days. Customer Service made no effort to keep me informed; I had to chase them down. Then the technicians who came to replace the grout arrived 1 1/2 hours late. I have used Zerorez for years and have recommended them to friends, but I am finished and will never use themagain. I was never so glad to be finished with a transaction when the grout was finally replaced.

When I booked the appt I asked for the Jodi dean special (99 for 3 rooms plus tile cleaning) I only had one room and a hall done ha a two foot by two foot area treated for two pet stains and paid almost two hundred dollars floor were extra wet when he left unable to put furniture back until later the next day just not a good job

Technicians were very good and accommodating and helpful. However, they delivered an area rug that had to be sent back to be re-cleaned. This service was originally started on sept 15th where the original tech cleaned the rug in my home. The cleaning made my whole house smell like Urine and wet dog once the rug was cleaned. I had a large urine dog spot that was dormant and had been spot cleaned in my home by other companies 2 previous times (the smell has been dormant for 5 years - we currently do not have any dogs nor have had one for 5 years) but never thoroughly dip cleaned, so it resurrected the odor and made it worse. But it was then recommended (at a significantly higher cost) to send it out and dip clean it to remedy the problem and get rid of the odor. The appointment time that was scheduled to deliver the area rug on october 13th between 10-2 came and went with nobody showing up so I had to call to find out where they were. The manager had to reschedule delivery for the following day which he did for the 1st morning appointment. When they brought the rug back, the spot still smelled bad. So I sent it back to be re-done. While I realize the spot and stain may never fully go away, I expected and was told that the spot would not smell anymore or be so prevalent after being dipped and dried. I paid a lot of money for this (because I felt like that was my only option without throwing out the rug or living with the urine smell ) and wish I had not approved the original in home cleaning to begin with on sept 13th. I hope that the problem will be solved when my rug is delivered in a few weeks.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Angel, in customer service was very helpful. We were asked to host, with very little lead time, a memorial and reception here at the church. Angel was very helpful in getting our appointment expedited before this service was scheduled to take place. Ed and his partner who came to the church to do the work were especially courteous, professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. They took responsibility for this job as if our church was their own church. We will be repeat customers for Zeroez.
