Deep clean carpets leaving them cleaner, low prices.

Customer service was AWFUL. The carpet cleaner never showed up at the appointed time, and so I eventually called the office and asked them to call me back. A full week later, a lady called and asked if I wanted to reschedule (no apology). I was out of town at the time, but when I called to reschedule, I called four times with no answer (business hours), filled out an online appointment request online (no response), and called the corporate office - no one picked up. Eventually, I connected, and they sent someone out. He was courteous and did his job. For the price I paid, the hassle was SO not worth it.

No chemicals!

He was very pleasant and did an excellent job. As for the product itself, I like the idea of there not being any soap or residue left on the carpet when they are cleaned.

I was contacted by a Zerorez customer service rep after my initial cleaning and review of the services and I was told that a new appointment would be made to re-clean my rugs that looked worse after they were cleaned, than before Zerorez applied their services. A "Caesar" arrived at my homes yesterday-- my mother was there to show the rugs-- he called to -- what I thought would be just a confirmation that he was to clean the 3 rugs--- and what transpired was a >30 min phone conversation about why those rugs needed to be sent to a factory for cleaning, rather cleaning on site! Of course I informed him of all my bad experiences with Zerorez-- starting with getting an appointment set up-- and he mentioned he was a quality control manager and would be sure to bring all my comments to Zerorez attention. However--all he offered was for me to pay more money and send the area rugs out for service and I just find it crazy that the company would not properly vet the work order before sending a technician to do the job-- if the cleaning processes are not universally applicable to all rug types. I don't want to pay $7 per square ft-- if I have to send them out I would shop around for a better price. I was at work during this ridiculous conversation and I was exhausted with the discussion. I most likely will not be calling to have these rugs done and I feel that - especially for the large oriental rug-- I wasted over $400!
