No soap or chemicals is used on my carpet.
My carpet looked great and then it dried and looks bad again..also guy said dry time was 2-4 hrs....it tooks 6+hours to dry
Fantastic service and reasonable prices.
The work was excellent, however, the couches and tv stand in one room were not moved. I realized the couches had not been moved and was able to get the technician to move them to clean the carpet underneath, but did not realize the tv stand was not moved. Now that I've moved my tv back to where it belongs, I have a very definite line where the carpet was not cleaned.

Your products and equipment seemed to be top notch but they are nothing with out a technician that knows how to use it to the best of its ability. Your technician was great with one of the best demeanor I have seen in a very long time. Thank you for sending him to our home.

Quick and thorough
Carpet cleaning was great but the tile cleaning in my entry way was amazing.
Not soapy and Loved the way he was able to find the pet stain and remove it.
The technicians are always friendly and professional. I really like that my carpet is cleaned without harmful chemicals. Our carpets always look and smell fantastic when the zerorez tech is finished.

Clean smell and all stains removed. The technician was very polite and informed me about stains and recommended services that may be beneficial. He informed me of the cost as he was going along.
Zerorez does good work but they are a lot more expensive than other carpet cleaners.
I like the non-toxic water-based cleaning and leave no residue and no sticky feel afterward.. The service was very professional. Arrived on time, courtesy call and all. And most importantly, the job was done well and completed on time.
No chemicals
professionalism of the technicians. They are always respectful and polite. we have used your company for many years. our 20 year old carpet has seen many dog problems, red wine issues and just normal wear and tear. but with your product the stains come out easily. this time we had some delays in getting the carpet cleaned at the right time schedule, but your company made it work and even gave us a percentage off of our bill for the inconvenience. Well I was disappointed that you could not get the carpet cleaner especially the high traffic area.
I knew before the technician came what the charges would be and the only extra charge was for protectant which we approved after he explained its purpose. He was efficient and thorough and finished in less time than I expected.
