I have been a loyal customer for years. The experience this last service was less than great. The technician did not do as close of a good job as others have done. The poor job is evident even - at 1-2 days after servicing carpet. I'm also disappointed at the amount charged and this has never been a problem. I don't usually remove the furniture in rooms to be cleaned, thus the areas to service are really not the entire room ( except for den which is s larger space)- technicians usually clean the hallways leading towards those room to make up for some of space in rooms not cleaned. This time we got charged for every area. I'm very dissapointed at this last service.

Courteous, professional, punctual service techs. Amazing what all they were able to pull out of carpets that had JUST been "cleaned" by Servpro (who left nasty swirl marks and a bunch of soap residue on all the carpets). The carpet was literally crunchy before you guys came out, now it's soft and doesn't smell at all.
I felt like the scheduled appoint the I made 2 weeks out was not handle to my satisfaction .The time was to late. When the man came he said he was not expecting my appointment for that day.He thought he was done.

The thing I liked most other than how clean my carpets came, was Lamar, our technician. He was a pure joy to have in our home. Lamar was a hard worker, communicated well with us and had some of the best manners I have ever seen. I will make it a point to request Lamar when my carpets need cleaning again.
The associate was on time arrive shortly after the phone call. He wore shoe covers definitely a plus and recommended products to protect my carpet in heavy traffic areas!

I chose Zerorez based on the KLUV testimonies and having others tell me how great a job they had done by them. The radio testimonies talked about getting out pet stains and odors, dirt, and paint. I had my carpets cleaned on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked if I need to remove all the furniture in the rooms to be cleaned and was told that the cleaner would move furniture up to 50 pounds. When he arrived the cleaner told me that the regular clean would not get the stains out, and suggested the deep clean at $75/square foot, which would cost more than replacing the carpet. I decided on the $60/room extra topical cleaning. He started in the family room cleaned behind a glider, end table, and recliner. Then he started cleaning in front of this furniture without moving any of them, even though they did not weigh 50 pounds. I moved them myself and got the impression that he was not happy that he would have to clean an additional area of 5 x 15 feet. In the dining room he did not clean behind the table, but did move the chairs that were there. I asked how long the carpet would be wet and he said 5-6 hours. Within 2 hours of his leaving the house began to smell of dog urine. The carpets remained wet for 6 DAYS and the smell was present the whole time, even with using pet odor eliminating sprays. I was happy that the main carpeted areas were cleaner, but the edges where the carpet met other flooring remained dirty. Our Thanksgiving dinner was diminished by the smell and wet carpets, even with having windows open and fans running.
