Friendly and good service!

When the guy arrived, the poor thing was freezing. He said the heater is out in the van. He was shivering. Not sure if your folks use their own vehicles, but it looks poor on Zerorez when employees look like they aren't being treated well.

The carpets were wet for HOURS.

I like the fact that after a few days the diret did not resurface and look like my carpet was never cleaned.

No smelly chemicals. Safe for my cat and me.

They work. Service was great and on time as always.

Gentleman was very nice and tried quite hard, but his machine wasn't working correctly. He tried to fix it, but after he left and the carpet had dried, I realized that the stains were still there and it smelled bad.

Miguel was very courteous and thorough in his cleaning. He was up front about what would not come completely clean and what would be removed from the carpet. He did a great job for us.

As a side note, I would like a bit more honesty in the pricing. Great deals are advertised but, at the end of the day, the pricing is much higher for certain stain treatment, sealing the carpet, pet treatment, etc. You may have it in the fine print and may say something like "conditional restrictions apply" but I would appreciate more honesty about the pricing.

The service person, Tyrone, is your best advertising. He did a very good job.

CHEMICAL FREE

My carpet always looks like 'new' after a Zerorez cleaning _ or better than new. In addition, the serviceman, Cory, was delightful to deal with; someone I enjoyed having in my home.

Who doesn't love having clean carpet without a chemical smell? This was the first time I tried Zerorez and I will never go back to traditional carpet cleaning. Prompt, efficient and friendly service providers. The experience rates 10 out of 10 for me.

Technichian that came to my house, Rod, was extremelty polite, professional and helpful with moving a couple of heavy items to be able to clean under.
I will ask for Rod next time.

Courtesy and efficiency. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

Kitchen was not cleaned to my satisfaction. Cleaning did not extend all the way to wall or baseboard. Technician left my wood floors a mess. I attempted to have him clean up the mess, but he was in such a hurry, he failed to do so. After floors dried, it became apparent that the cleaning was unsatisfactory. Previously, when I had another area of tile cleaned, the technician cleaned the hard to get at areas by hand. I spent too much money to have these results. Name removed Phone number removed.
