I am disappointed in the number of spots that are still remaining in the carpets. I did not expect perfection because of the age of the carpeting. I also did not expect the true stains to be removed, but many of these spots can be removed with elbow grease. I know this because I have used plenty of it through the years and now after having paid for your cleaning service and I am now using it again to clean what Zerorez did not! As far as basic cleaning I suppose your service is adequate, but very disappointed since the radio advertising makes the service sound wonderful. Once again, I'm not speaking about aged deep stains. These are spots I am down on my hands and knees cleaning myself before holiday company arrives after paying $300. plus to Zerorez! I am in a retail/service management position myself accustomed to dealing with customer expectations. This would not be acceptable to my customers. The thoroughness of the cleaning and that chemicals aren't used.

This is a very difficult question to answer. The work was well done when completed. The technician was courteous and diligent. However, the breakdown of your equipment, namely the truck, caused significant hardship to me, the customer. Being close to the holidays, it was crucial that the work be completed as planned, on Tuesday afternoon. I realizes breakdowns happen unexpectedly, but your company should have a backup plan such as a spare truck whenever this happens. It was a very awkward situation.

I prefer zerorez over other cleaning companies. the technician moved an old radio I had on sliders that I asked to be moved. It had a candle arrangement on it. It fell on the ground, dented the candles and broke a votive holder. He walked past my built it desk and knocked off a metal Christmas sculpture and broke a piece off of it. He also knocked an ornament off of my Christmas tree.

The service and service man were great.
The only disappointment was how wet it was and how long it took to dry.
24 hours later it was stil damp. Other than that it was good.
