I have used Zerorez a few times and the cleaning method is fabulous. Dauril, the technician is my requested technician. He is polite and detail oriented.

My appointment was scheduled between one and 4 PM. I was home at 1 o'clock and got several phone call saying that the technician was delayed. He finally arrived around 6:30PM. He talked me into getting the protectant that goes on top of the carpet so that Spills will bead up instead of soaking into the carpet. I ended up paying $300 for something he sprayed on top of the carpet with spray bottle and does not work. He told us not to walk on the carpet for three days with bare feet so we all put socks on and walked around on wet carpet. How is the topical treatments supposed to work if it gets soaked up in our socks? He didn't finish till about 830 so the carpet was still wet when it was time for us to go to bed. You can make it right by having someone clean our carpets again at a reasonable time and properly applying the topical solution properly if it's going to work.

My house didn't smell like a cheap hotel when you were done. The sweet smell after other cleaners is nasty.

They were efficient, courteous and our floors look almost brand new!

My carpet was SATURATED Friday afternoon throughout the FOUR rooms that were cleaned. Saturday two additional technicians came out to try and correct "the mistake" the original technician made. However, it's now Sunday afternoon and our carpets SMELL, our home SMELLS, we've not been able to put our furniture back, we've not been able to walk anywhere without walking through water. Your dispatch didn't feel this was an urgent enough situation to contact management so once mold starts to breed in my carpets and padding because that only takes 24 hours, I'd like to know who plans on being responsible for this?! NOT acceptable to sit through a weekend with NO help from the company that has caused this damage to our brand new home! My husband and daughter suffer from asthma, I was in the hospital Friday night with hypertension and bronchitis .... This matter should have been addressed IMMEDIATELY!!

Our carpets were cleaned on Friday morning. It is now Sunday and we still have wet spots.
Saturday, they were very wet in places with little traffic.

Rory Jenkins was the technician who cleaned my carpets on 12/5. He was a nice enough guy and was very polite and professional. He did a decent job cleaning my carpets.

What he did a terrible job on was that in every room he was in, there were gashes and dents on all of the trim! He kept hitting the things with the machine. After he left I saw all the damage he did!

It took me a day to 'try' and fix the dents and gashes in the trim. I didn't do a very good job, I can still see the dents. He also put a dent on one of the legs of my $3,000 leather couch! I had to use a brown magic marker to cover the dent in it! I also had to paint walls in a few places where he scraped them with the hoses. Some of scrapes in the walls were 2'-3' up from the floor.

I've used your service for a long time, you can see in your records. Did something change with the company?????? It really sucks now! :(

Professional, good quality, tech kept me infoned about what was going on.

I was very upset with the technician. I have never had a problem with the technicians moving the end tables and coffee table as well as the recliner. He didn't move the dining room chairs to get under the table. Everything I asked him he objected to. I like Zerorez but this technician had a problem. I do not want him ever again.

I like the "green" aspect; also your customer service is VERY WELL DONE ! Your representative sent to our home was prompt, friendly, professional in action; we have a bed-ridden person at our home and he was extra careful and conscientious about the cleaning! He also recommended that a door backing up to a return air vent had caused soot and we might be advised to do vent cleaning and upholstery cleaning services were available as well as area rug cleaning. He showed that all stains had been removed; asked for our approval of his services and told us we were effective in keeping our carpets clean.

Good job cleaning but need to be more timely; my appointment was over an hour late this time. And let the customers choose which technician they would like.

My carpets look exactly the same. They were soaking wet for entirely too long. The pet stains were not lifted even though i paid extra for the magical remover

My carpet, tile, and grout came out looking great and my house smells clean. There is not a residue or strong cleaner smell leftover. The products used are safe for my pets and newborn.

Carpets feel clean. Not sticky like they do after other carpet cleaning companies clean them.
