Chemical-free cleaning that actually works! Techs are on time and professional. Everything gets moved out and cleaned under! Like the periodic "special" which is what we usually try to take advantage of.
They are just wonderful and make things look so clean
I am disappoint due to I feel the tech added more charges that he said and i cant believe your company is like this i feel cheated no invoice was left and i receive an invoice thur email and its more that what the tech said i am not happy with the charges... i will report this to the BBB and will put this on the website.. as how your company cheats people and charges more than what you say
Cleaning process was fairly quick, and they did a good job. The pet spots they treated, however, took more than 24 hrs to dry, so we had to wait longer than expected to move furniture back into the living room

We appreciate your services very much and are very pleased with how our carpets turned out. Our technician was also great! He did a great job of explaining the process, what we were looking at as far as carpet mishaps, and even talked to us about our air ducts. He did all this without trying to "sell" us on anything. He educated us and that right there will have us coming back to you for flooring services and air duct cleaning. Additionally, your customer service reps were all really on point.
