No soap residue and the technician was courteous and professional.
Prompt, friendly and very thorough
The information I got from the technician was excellent (and the carpet looks beautiful). Getting information on the telephone was difficult with long wait to talk with a live person. That is a definite negative.

I think your kluv advertisements over sale your service. Technician was a wonderful guy and seemed to work hard at getting the stains out. Your ads make it seem like you are miracle workers when it comes to getting spots out of the carpet. Our carpet is a high grade carpet 3 years old, admittedly one room very dirty, but zerorez just wasn't able get all the stains out. So,maybe you should add some kind of disclaimer to your ad, that you can't always make the carpet look as good as what you claim you can. According to your tech, there's nothing you can do to make it right, stains have just been there too long. Stains have been there approximately 3 months. We don't know what they are, maybe ground in dirts and oil combined.
No harsh chemicals etc...
Great job of cleaning carpets
We have had Zerorez to our home multiple times. This time the tech rushed through the work from what we can tell. The carpets were left extremely wet - much more so than in past visits. Intimately the carpets smelled worse than before the cleaning. A smell that took days to dissipate. In addition, the special was to include tile cleaning. The cleaning, if it happened was not good. I wiped an area that was supposed to be cleaned with a paper towel and dirt came up.
Also, we were to receive a $50 gift card to a restaurant. It has been a month since the appointment and no gift card has been received. Very disappointed with the service this time. Had been a big fan up to this point.
First, I was told the special included tile cleaning. The tech who showed up stated he could not clean tiles. Now I have to schedule another appointment
Second, I vacumed my carpet the next day. The rake marks did not go away. I still have them!
Technician missed one pretty large area of carpeting--there was a child's train play-table that I had moved from the side of the wall to the center of the room for cleaning underneath where it usually sits. It was obvious that the table did not STAY in that spot. I was not in the room, but I could tell he didn't clean under the table in the middle of the room where I'd moved it--was completely dry and still somewhat dirty carpet underneath. The table is not heavy and can be pushed easily, so I was disappointed in that.
The rest he did very well. We did have 1 spot come up that we didn't have before, so not sure why that happened.
Thank you for reading my initial feedback and sending somebody out to do the touch ups. It would have been very easy to just take my money and write me off but you didn't thank you
How well stains come out of the carpet
Gentleman that came to clean was very friendly, and did a great job. My carpet looks great!

Best carpet cleaning service in the metroplex.
There was a lot of hype on the radio ad that you could get out stains others could not and that they wouldn't return. When your guys left my house all stains seemed to be taken care of, but by the next day when the carpets had dried fully the stains were back...and worse! I also saw stains where I didn't think there were any in the first place. It's like they had been brought to the surface.
I feel like zerorez did a good job overall on getting my carpets cleaned, but my problem spots are still problems. I am disappointed that your claim to be able to take care of them was just hype.
The service man who came out was awesome. He told me everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and would love to have him come out again when I need my carpets cleaned again.

Very knowledgeable and courteous
The technology does a better job of not attracting dirt after it has been cleaned. In that regard it's better than any of the other carpet cleaners I've tried.
The young man that cleaned the carpet was very professional and thorough. While he was cleaning, I could really see the difference in the areas cleaned and the areas that hadn't been cleaned. The carpet looked almost new when the job was completed.
The service is individualized and quick!
Carpets were very clean and deodorized. Did not take as much time as I thought. Miguel was very friendly, on time and explained the process

Every time I use Zerorez I am always happy with how my carpets look. I have them out twice a year as I have 2 dogs and the carpet always looks great when they are done cleaning.
Good quality and professional service
Your equipment kept popping the circuit breakers of my new house. The technician-operator did the best he could but said his equipment had something wrong with it. I don't think I got as clean a carpet as I needed.
