Cut out the sales pitches to upsell other Zerorez products and services which should cut down on the time it takes to perform the actual service. We were told two different stories as to why the tech was late - dispatch said the tech was taking additional time at a prior job and the tech said his equipment broke down and he had to go back to get another truck. He was supposed to call and let us know he was on his way so we could meet him at the house. Instead he arrived first and then called asking if we still wanted the service since no one was home to answer the door when he knocked. I told him I worked less than a minute from home and would be there asap. He said that was fine and for me to not rush. When I arrived less than a minute later, he was asleep in the van and I had to knock on the window to wake him up.
The products and services were great. I really enjoyed the technician he was very friendly and informative I will use zero Rez again and tell my friends about them too.
Thanks for making my place look great!
The Mondragons
The service technician was very friendly and very thorough.
The service was excellent. Everything was explained and shown to me before it was done.
Your technician was very knowledgeable in sharing offers, but not pushy with adding elements that cost more. He shared the information, and left it up to us to decide. He also invited us to check his work after finishing each room. I love the lack of chemicals used to clean my carpets, and the specials you offer to make getting your carpets cleaned.
Very professional. My carpet always comes out great!
Fair quotes and thorough staff.
Eric was very polite and explained what he was going to do and asked if I was happy at the end of the job.
My carpets are really clean and love the fast drying. Thank you
Your service techs do not try to up-sell us and always do a quality job.
They are safe non chemical.
Environmentally friendly, excellent product.
Very friendly, prompt and professional service. Didn't try to upsell and provided the service I requested.
Professional services and products that work
The explanation of what was being done and the visual display
No residue! Very friendly and informative technician.
I did not get a call 30 minutes prior to my appointment.
No residue. We did have some old stains that have never come out and they were still there after the carpets dried but these were old stains no one could get out.
Very professional representative
Our floors were done really well by our tech
Great service
Power of the hoses and how they leave your carpet dirt free and fast drying!!
The technician was very polite and professional and did a great job. He was a great representative of your company.
The prices were very high for the extras and the spots that the technician said would come out didn't so I wasted close to $600.
It is not a disappointment. I was very pleased with the representative. I feel friends are resistant to suggestions and let my friends make their choices which they will do anyway.
Great job, very professional
Job was done quickly and left my carpets beautiful. Staff was friendly and he made sure I was pleased.
The carpet looks and feels great after cleaning by Zerorez; I like not having harsh chemical cleaners in the house. The technician was professional, friendly and moved quickly to complete the job; he also asked me if everything looked ok.
Zeroes did an excellent job on my carpets. The carpets were all fluffy and revived once zeroes was done!
clean, "organic" and easy!
