I had issues with some spots that reappeared after my service and the carpet had dried fully. I called your customer service and they sent a technician out within a week and he did a spot treatment and it took care of the spots. They have not reappeared.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of both the technicians who came and cleaned my carpets first and the technician who came and took care of the spots.

I am writing to criticize and brag on Zerorez in the same vein. They came to my house to clean my carpet and when they left I was less than pleased with the work that had been done. The following day I received a customer satisfaction survey and the only question on it was "how likely are you to refer zerorez to someone else. On a scale of 1 to 10, I graciously scored them a 6, because my carpet wasn't clean. The pet odor was gone, but I still had many dark spots on my high grade, 3 year old carpet. Admittedly, it was a tough job for the bedroom that had been tracked up with grease, oil, coffee, and who knows what other kind of stains were there. (That's another story that I'm certain I better not tell). The next day, after having sent off the survey, I received a call from Zerorez inquiring about my survey. They asked if they could send over a more experienced technician at no charge. I agreed, and he came over today, which is 2 days after the original attempt. When he was finished cleaning, I have to say, that I am a customer for life. I was surprised that someone took the time to read my survey, and secondly cared enough to call and try to make it right. That is a rare combination in today's environment. It speaks highly of the leadership of the company and the concern they have for their customers and their reputation. My original comment to them was that their adds oversold their product, but after today, their adds or spot on. However in my case they are spot off, which is a good thing.

What do you like about our products and services?

This experience was much better than last. I have always been pleased with the outcome, however the last experience was different.
Yesterday, the result was excellent. LIke any company, consistency is key to repeat business. You compensated me yesterday for a bad experience during the previous service. That is greatly appreciated, and it gave me a chance to see that your original quality was still there.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked the carpet cleaning services, but was a little disappointed the old paint stains couldn't be completely removed ( just moved into a used home). I wouldn't do the tile service again in my living room and stacked formals. The price was very expensive, and it really didn't make much of a difference. That is on me for making a less-than good purchase. Not a result of the Zerorez product and service. The kitchen tile service did clean the grout and tiles well. The technicians service, Gary, was great. Very friendly and did a great job. Overall, a good service, just think I will stay with the 4-room carpet service next time. Thank you.

1.5 hours late...after the 2 hour window. The guy didn't explain the charges very well at all. I thought I was paying 200 when in fact it was 300. He knocked over 2 frames and never said a word not picked them up.

What do you like about our products and services?

Gary was the carpet cleaning tech who serviced my house. He was very friendly and did as good a job as he could with the time "I" had available AND with having a heavy schedule of customers. Due to that, he arrived around 5:00pm rather than the scheduled window of 1:00pm - 3:30pm. The office DID contact me twice to keep me updated...which was very much appreciated! I DID reschedule to have the tile (complimentary) & a re-do of my family room (due to lack of lighting). Gary returned to finish the job after Thanksgiving and did a great job that took just 45 minutes. He was a pleasure to have at my house to do the job! Thank you. --Karen Stewart

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet was wet from Friday, December 11th until Monday a.m., December 14th. The technician said he could not lower the psi from 1000; consequently my wood floors butting up
to the carpet in 3 areas were wet. I spent Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday trying to
dry carpets and washed several loads of towels. I called Zerorez Saturday am, December 12th and they sent Braxton Stewart out. He turned 3 fans on in 3 rooms for 7 minutes each room and took notes, assuring me a manager would call me on Monday. No one called. I called Zerorez again and talked with Rondey Bolden about a refund on my carpet cleaning. He was going to call me back yesterday, December 16th but I still have not heard from him. I called the office again today and was told that he (Rondey) was out of the office, as were all of the supervisors. I asked that someone, preferably Rondey call me today and was informed by Samantha she could give the message but not promise they would call. I cannot recall ever with ANY type of service I have had, experienced such very very poor customer service and ask by this e-mail that someone in upper management call me as soon as they receive this feedback.
