Pricing- seemed very expensive
The only thing I would like to see improve is maybe a 1 hour window not 2. Our tech was very nice and thorough.
Many years ago when we used zerorez the quality was much better. This time around the cleaning was mediocre. We did not get the free 100 square feet of tile cleaned, because the serviceman appeared to be in too much of a hurry.

I like the fact that your products are all natural and chemical free. Our service person was very, knowledgable about the products and was extremely courteous and friendly.
The service technicians are ALWAYS so friendly and knowledgeable. Our carpets get so cleaned and stay clean.
was told free tile cleaning with purchase of extra rooms tech informed me that i had linoleum and unable to clean that, when i scheduled appt I informed scheduler, telling them i did not have tile & was told no problem they could clean linoleum.......
so when technician arrived and told me otherwise when I was called for payment I requested discount on service of the pet treatment I was told I was basally out of luck with what I was told on cleaning the linoleum......I feel this is VERY poor misrepresentation of your company & policy

You need to provide the appropriate number of workers to get the job completed in a timely manner. Your employee did a great job but it took from 2:30 in the afternoon until 11:30 at night. The cleaning location is a business and I had to spend all this time at the facility. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I thick this is unacceptable to make your customer spend this much time for this size job. Your employee called for help but was denied. While the job was excellent, my time is valuable and I may reconsider another source next time. I hope you understand and staff accordingly.

the carpet is not sticky when the worker is done.
I like the process used on the carpets . I don't like to have to pay for a whole gallon of pet removal product for two very small spots. The tech was great.
The products they use are work really good. I will recommend my friends.
What I liked most of all was how Robert explained everything he was doing. He also made me aware of other products and services offered. Robert is a definite asset to your company and should be given a raise due to his knowledge, skill and professionalism. Also he should be given a couple of those restaurant gift cards so he can enjoy an evening out. We were very satisfied and will be return customers.
Service great person who cleaned my carpets was great!
My living room looks the same as when I clean it myself with my carpet cleaner. I thought that it would have pulled the carpet up better than when I clean it. It was a lot of money to us to spend to get our carpets professionally done and it look like I did it myself. Carpets were very wet, was not expecting that.
I requested for 4 rooms ,two leaving areas and hallway to be clean,the representative that I talk to, made a wrong working order, instead of what I requested for it was just the rooms and the leaving area and hallway were not clean and the KLTY discount was not aapply.
I just accepted your tile cleaning service because it was free. I wasn't expecting anything but basically a mopped floor. Boy, was I surprised. The grout looked like new. I paid for grout cleaning before rom another company and all I got was a color put on it that was gone in two weeks.
Thank you very much for a super clean tile floor but also for great looking carpets.

Quick and sloppy job, i can clean tiles better myself.
My carpets look great... but of course, the actual cleaning was close to double the price advertised on the radio. Also, if I had not ASKED when he was going to clean my 100 sf of tile, it would not have happened as he never mentioned it. And am still waiting for my $50 gift certificate ... thanks.

This is carpet cleaning. It would be nice if the technician wears shoe sleeves so that there is no foot prints on the floor.
Figure out how to remove coffee stains.
Our tech Cory Smock was fabulous.He ran long at a home on Wednesday, which meant he'd nor reach us until after 7pm due to heavy traffic. He knew it was important to me to get carpet cleaned so we could get our home on the market. Cory proactively offered to come the next day (his day off) to ensure our personal need was met. Thank you, Cory!
