no soggy wet carpets when you leave
You didn't really have a price plan that fit my needs. I paid for the 4 room minimum, but only had three carpeted rooms. Also, I wasn't offered any extras.. coupons, etc.
I have a couple of spots that looked clean when they were wet.. but I can see the dirt now that they are dry.
The Technician cleaned my carpets really well.
Your rep, Mr. mcKinnley (sp?), was great-he's a good representative and uphold services well.
The carpet is clean and it was nice not to have a damp floor for a couple of hours, but...we spent $600 and frankly, I don't see the value. We could have had the same level of cleaning, I believe, and dealt with a damp carpet for a few hours for half the cost.

The service was good. The carpet was left quite wet in several areas
Cleaned carpet is soft and pliable right away as opposed to other companies that leave a crusty carpet when completed cleaning. Color is also restored.
No sods
First of all how friendly, professional and helpful the service representative was. Also he did not try to sell extra services that we did not need. Our carpet is over 10 years old and now feels plush again like it was many years ago.
Your employee did a wonderful job on a 17 years old carpet that has seen its days.

Pet stain treatment is a little expensive
The technician was over 2 hours late. He started at 7:30 pm and finished after 11 pm. It was too dark to determine if the job was well. Today I found areas that I think we're missed. The technician seemed frustrated and ready to collapse. I was afraid that I would have to call 911. I called the office after 8 pm to express my concern and no one answered the phone. The office did not try to call me today about what happened. I will never use Zerorez again. It's too bad because the first technician we had about a year ago was excellent.
Oder less and fast very friendly service techs
I like the fact that Zerorez does not use detergents to clean carpets and I appreciate the professional service your technicians provide while they're at my home. I also appreciate when they call ahead on the day of the appointment to let me know they are on the way.
Your technician was very helpful and completely explained the procedure even though I am a repeat client. He is a great asset to your company.
The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I also felt he was honest in what to expect as far as results and pet treatments.
This is my 2nd time to use your service. While the tech was great, I don't feel as though my carpet came out as clean as it did with the 1st clean. Could it be that this tech did not use the scrubber machine???
My carpets are fine. The tile in my kitchen not so satisfied, There were several areas that was hit and miss. The piece of equipment he used to start the tile failed and ended up using two other attachments that did not really do as well. I spent my morning cleaning the grout myself with peroxide and soda and a scrub brush. So I guessed I paid extra to do it myself.

There aren't any harsh chemicals. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They do not try to sell you anything else.
my carpet looks the same and the tech was so hurriely ready to leave and keep asking me how does it look. he also stted the last carpet cleaning used to much soap and i will see the spots where the dirt will come back.. after my first carpet cleaning with zerorez the tech was great and took his time on cleaning and stated and did remove all the stains in the heavy areas.. what was the difference between now and then.
The fact that they are water based, no chemicals. The rep's are honest and friendly, they take the time to explain your spots vs. stains and let you know if they are going to be successful with it coming up or not. Cory was exceptionally great, he explained several things to me that I had no idea about like water base only, the pressure of the water and how it separates the spots, then remove them from the carpet, and so much more information on the service he was providing. He went above and beyond his customer satisfaction, for me and for that I want to say thanks to him (Cory) for a job well done. I think we will be enjoying our carpet for a long time.
