The technician was courteous and helpful and pleasant, Finley, very nice.
The scheduling setup was somehow messed up in your stem from my original request for service. I called the next day to ask an additional question and spoke to Vincent who said my service had not been scheduled. I originally spoke to Suzanna. However, everyone was very pleasant and sorted it all out and Finley was ready when I arrived from work and did a great job. I have already recommended your service to a co worker who is in need to clean her house, not condo as I have. I will give her your number.

We were promised a $50 gift card but didn't get it. We signed the iPhone but never got the receipt. We never heard from a human afterwards to find out how things went.
No soap residue
I like that no soap is left in my carpet. Every technician has been helpful, professional, and they do a great job.

Professionalism of employees
Don't seem like you are in a rush to get done. My guys were falling all over themselves to hurry up. Don't advertise that carpet will be dry before associates leave. It took 4 hours for my carpet to dry in the first area they were in.
Friendly technician, great results
The zero residue concept is much healthier than a lot of carpet cleanings. No toxic residue left for my pets. Great customer service. Our technician was very thirough.

We love the quality of your service and the promptness and professionalism of your people. They are friendly but professional at the same time. They were running a little late but we were promptly notifed before the appointed time and kept informed as to when they would be here.
