We are not disappointed, but are a bit bummed that the $150 pet treatment didn't elimimate the pet smell. It isn't anyone's fault but the cats though.
We have used Zerorez at my office before and this is the first time I had them over for my home.
We are Very happy with the job that was done at our house in December 2015. Zerorez cleaned our carpets, rugs, wood floors ,tiles in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms. We also had them seal the grout for the tiles as well as seal the granite counter tops. Their lead technician, Zerorez calls them Captain, is very knowledgeable and makes sure that they explain what's going on in the house, does some test cleaning in the areas you want to be cleaned and shows you the sample dirt that comes out, then finally measures the areas to you want to be cleaned and discusses the total cost. I am very happy with Captain Eric who lead the cleaning team.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
He left water stains on our wood floor. When he was cleaning the tile in the kitchen, he left marks on the cabinets with the tool he was using. The paint will have to be repaired.
