Not impressed with the service or results. Seems carpet cleaning consist of spraying the carpet with hot water and running a brush over it. Mgoal was to have carpets cleaned, and I was immediately told....."that will not come out, that spot will not come out,...." I should've used the $200 towards purchasing new carpet had I known your company does not "clean" stains. Unbelievable. Plus it smells like mildew now in my home. Disappointed

I like the fact that Vincent is going to refund my money for the area rug that was cleaned EXCEPt for the fringe. It has to go to the factory to be clean. I can't use the rug because the Fring is so dirty. There was no hassle about the refund. I did tell the tech in since several of my rugs had fringe I would not have them cleaned I suppose it was a misunderstanding. No problem it was taken care of by giving me a refund. I would recommend Zerorex to

Understood the problem. Finley was very professional and did a good job on steam cleaning the tiles on my kitchen floor . The products used on the Carpet was wonderful as there was no crunch when you walked on the carpet plus there wasn't a strong smell of chemicals. Yes, I would use Zerorex
