the discount or price we talked about to him but he was amazing and made up for her inefficiency.

I've used Zerorez previously and was thoroughly pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning. I quickly scheduled another appointment with Zerorez when it was time for another cleaning because my initial experience was a fabulous one. I was and still am very disappointed with the quality of service and level of customer service received. I placed a call to your office to speak with Mr. Bo Hopkins to discuss my experience but was told he was unavailable. Carpet cleaning was not even close to the level that it has been in the past. After the tile was cleaned and dried, it didn't look as if it has been cleaned and still had dirty spots. The prior tile cleaning left my floor completely clean and sparkling! Finally, I paid $250 to have my granite sealed. Your guy assured me it would be completely smooth and sealed. Not the case.... there are several rough areas on my counter and it was not sealed well. I am extremely disappointed. Someone is coming out tomorrow to address my concerns. I surely hope this person can fix what the first guy totally messed up.

I think my carpet is worse now than before. I have had a pet urine issue. Now the room totally smells like ammonia. Black light shows urine spread across the room not just in the small spots previous to the cleaning I spent over $500 on my cleaning

Actually, I already have recommended y'all! The technician was on time (that is big for me!)and he was so nice. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I like that the carpet dried pretty quickly and it looks great! (There is only one spot that showed up the next day that looks bad.)

Reasonable priced, accomidating to fit our schedule and did a great job cleaning out our carpets and staines.

In the past when the technician would leave our house, there would be a fresh smell with the newly cleaned carpets. This time it was not at all noticeable. The biggest thing is that we paid $60 extra per room for 2 rooms to get the additional pet treatment. We know it won't be able to entirely remove the urine from the carpet, but we still have a wrong urine smell on those areas as well as can still see the urine under a black light. In one of the rooms that was NOT treated with the pet treatment, the urine stains are nowhere to be found.

Friendly technician, carpets look great. Didn't take very long. I like the call to let me know about what time he was going to arrive.

Pet treatmentis way too expensive

The service tech sprayed stain remover on the furniture and claimed he didn't see the overstay until I showed it to him, although it was clearly visible. The hoses was also leaking and he didn't see the need to change it until I mentioned it. Finally he started cleaning the tile in the entrance way before vacuuming up the leaves that had blown in because he had the door open most of the time going in and out and with the hoses coming through.

Like that you don't use chemicals. Fast and friendly service
