Keith was the most awesome technician I have ever had in all my years with Zerorez. He did the most thorough job ever. It is hard for me to believe that my old carpets look this new again. It was his attention to detail that made the difference. Some in the past have been in a hurry. He took his time and really cleaned my carpets. He is to be commended please!!

The technician, Bryson Steward, was wonderful. He has a very positive attitude, friendly and clean cut.

The scheduler somehow messed up the window. They left me a message for 8-10 am and I called back to confirm the time. The next day they did not show up between 8-10 and I called and they said the time was 10-12. After insisting I speak with a manager I was finally compensated for my trouble.

More accurate upfront expectation setting (on spots especially, since that is the primary reason you are called in). Less on-site up-sell ... that feels too "used car salesmansy".

It was an amazing job,the guy who came, his name was Waverly Coleman. He was so very friendly and did such an amazing job he was kind and my carpet two days later had the 0 stains comeback and absolutely looks like new carpet thank you very much

My bedroom carpet is only 1.5yrs old and we have no pets. It was starting to look dull and dingy especially in the high traffic area by the door, that is why i contacted Zerorez. After having zerorez clean it i unfortunately dont see any difference in my carpet.
