They worked very fast and eliminated all stains
You can't. I have used you guys once before and had a great experience, but my issues this time are many:
1. When I say I have pet stains, you may want to mention that the pet treatment may not be enough when you set up the appointment. When the guy gets there, he tells me that spot treatments cost $75 a spot. When you have pets, that adds up, but I got the feeling you guys know that.
2. The tech left dirty areas that were just missed and had to be followed up on by a "manager" the next week.
3. The afternoon appointment I requested on the follow-up was ignored. The second guy called me at 9am saying he was 30 minutes away. I was in Irving, so I had to take time off my job to accommodate you so that you could finish what you didn't last week. Horrible service!
4. That manager finished the job, but reiterated that I needed spot treatments to get the smell handled to the tune of $750!!! I'll admit that my dogs had some bad areas, but the problem with his "upselling" theory is that the odor problem got handled with the second topical treatment. The issue wasn't as bad as he tried to sell me. In fact, if the first tech had done his job and done it completely as I paid for it, I would have a good opinion of Zerorez. As it stands, you seem like a bunch of used car salesmen upselling at every turn and I am pretty sure that the $200.00 that I spent with you this time will be my last.
Good luck to y'all. I'm sure there are plenty of other little old ladies that you can talk into paying $750 to clean $1,100 worth of carpet, but it sure isn't us.

Cut out the sales pitches to upsell other Zerorez products and services which should cut down on the time it takes to perform the actual service. We were told two different stories as to why the tech was late - dispatch said the tech was taking additional time at a prior job and the tech said his equipment broke down and he had to go back to get another truck. He was supposed to call and let us know he was on his way so we could meet him at the house. Instead he arrived first and then called asking if we still wanted the service since no one was home to answer the door when he knocked. I told him I worked less than a minute from home and would be there asap. He said that was fine and for me to not rush. When I arrived less than a minute later, he was asleep in the van and I had to knock on the window to wake him up.
The products and services were great. I really enjoyed the technician he was very friendly and informative I will use zero Rez again and tell my friends about them too.

The service technician was very friendly and very thorough.
The service was excellent. Everything was explained and shown to me before it was done.
Your technician was very knowledgeable in sharing offers, but not pushy with adding elements that cost more. He shared the information, and left it up to us to decide. He also invited us to check his work after finishing each room. I love the lack of chemicals used to clean my carpets, and the specials you offer to make getting your carpets cleaned.
