I like the fact that carpets are steam cleaned. Have been very pleased with the servicemen who have been very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning.

I loved that there were no harsh chemicals or residue. I have small children, and my son loves to climb out if bed and sleep on the floor, so it is reassuring to know he is on a clean carpet with no irritating chemicals.
Asked about stain remover as I really wanted washable marker removed. I wasn't offered any other options. The marker wasn't removed. I was told 203.00 and was charged about 230.00. A room or area was done that I didn't want done. I was also told I would receive a Estillo Brazilian steakhouse gift card for $50 and I have not received this as of yet. Other companies I've worked with gets all dirt and hair cleaned out of carpet. It seems that the hair of our dog was pushed to the edge of the areas cleaned? I did vacuum prior to the arrival.
Service was good, making the appointment was easy, but at the end of the day the carpet and tile doesn't look any different than before the cleaning. The same stains are on the carpets and tile.
STILL waiting on a call back from a manager and it's been over a week.

The only complaint that I have is that your representative starts trying to sell me additional services when he comes in the door. They are well trained in the art of selling. BUT sometimes ALL I want is the floors cleaned. I have 3 dogs and have you out often because of that.
Excellent service
The cleaning system that utilizes hot water to extract dirt from the carpet makes sense to me and the carpet manufacturers. Soap residue promotes stains and added soiling of the carpet.
Darwin Harrison, my technician, was very thorough in explaining why this process is superior. He was very pleasant to work with.
The technician indicated as he got ready to leave that he would be back the next day to put the lamps, etc. back in place. We did not request this but greatly appreciated it as we are both in our 90's. We waited for him to come back the next day, but he never arrived or called.
He indicated he would clean our hallway since we had no tile floor that he said could be treated, and this was part of what was promised. Also he was supposed to clean one of our bedrooms. He very quickly went over the hall and bedroom. I'm not sure he used any shampoo on them but the tracks of the machine on the hallway just went down the middle of the hallway. Not sure about the bedroom, but it was completed in a few minutes.
The major part of the living area was satisfactorily cleaned except for the entry of the area from the outside. This is especially dirty and on other cleanings could not be cleaned completely. But on this occasion it was left less well cleaned.

It cleans and good price
The technician was knowledgeable, polite and did a good job. The service and results are very good but I do have some concerns about the carpet stretching when wet. Will it shrink back to normal size when dry?
No residue left in carpets after they have been cleaned.
