Carpet looked great

I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and Keith Loatman was a fantastic technician. He was very knowledgeable about the products and service and very helpful and did a great job on my carpet and tile.

Our carpets were really wet for more than 6 hours. There was even puddled water at the bottom of the stairs because the carpet was so wet. When we went to bed, they were still soggy. In the morning they were dry and felt soft. The tile did not get as clean as I expected (especially the grout).

Was not able to get all stains out , very high price

While we were very happy with the outcome of our carpet cleaning and with the technician.... We were not happyh to have a 1pm to 3 pm time alloted for service and had that time changed twice. Technician arrived at 4:30 I believe. Also we were to be given an additional treatment at no charge and we were charged for it. Had we not realized that the price was wrong we would have been overcharged. Late appointment and being over charged, no acceptable.

i have 5 dogs; and i really don't think any deodorizing was done......it smells like wet dog carpet.

No chemicals. The carpet is clean and fresh seems newer Mark was informative and thorough.

I have been very pleased with your services in the past. However, this appt did not go well. I was told the technicians would be here between 1 and 3 on Saturday, January 30th. I received a call about 11:15 or so that said they were running early could they come on over. Unfortunately, I was not in a position to have them come then so I said the 1-3 time frame would be better. AT 3:15 no one had arrived so I called the number I had been contacted from at 11:15. He said, "OH! I thought _____ was taking care of that. Let me make a call and get right back to you. At 4 I had not heard anything, so I called the main Zerorez number. At that point, the doorbell rang and it was the technician, who apologized for being so late but gave no reason. He completed the work in a satisfactory manner. I had to leave. When I asked my husband about the charge (I had been quoted $240) the amount was $300 and something. We had not been given the 20% discount that was part of the special we had taken. I have a copy of that if needed. My husband left a message with your customer service dept to please call so the amount on our credit card could be corrected. As of this moment (Monday, FEb 1 at 2:15) we have not had a response. I hope I do not have to take the initiative to call and get the error corrected. Name removed Phone number removed

Unfortunately my experience with Zerorez was not a total satisfaction experience. I initially set up an appointment for Saturday Jan 24th at 3:00pm Although I requested for the appointment with two weeks in advance hoping to get an early time. 3-5 pm was the best Zerorez could do for me. Around 5:00 pm I get a call indicating the crew was running late and it could be 6:30 or 7 before they could come by. By this time I had already wasted a complete Saturday waiting for them to come in so I rescheduled for the following Saturday with the promise that the crew would come in between 8:00 and 10:00 am. It was after 10:30 I finally get a call to let me know they were on their way. Once they showed up I MENTIONED to them to feel free to move the only two pieces of furniture that were left in on of the rooms, I then stepped outside the house to give them room to work. I CLEARED most of the area to be done, all they had to move was a couple of light sofas which were no more than 50 pounds each. I asked specifically over the phone if Zerorez move the furniture and I was told as long as it was no more than 50 pounds. I discovered last night the furniture was NOT moved and a few stains still remained. If they had said anything to me I could've moved the furniture myself. I also noticed some stains that could've easily come out and didn't as I went back with a portable shampooer and got them off. As for the tile cleaning, it was great, except I wish they had offer to do the entire area even if I had to pay extra, I'm not sure if the area cleaned is the square footage advertised as most of the area cleaned is occupied by a large kitchen island. It was not all bad, the personal was professional and courteous. The employee offered me your brand AC air filters and decided to buy two of them, now I'm having second thoughts about the purchase.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED ZEROREZ. THE FIRST TIME WAS AT MY FORMER HOUSE IN PLANO IN WHICH YOU CLEANED MY CARPETS AND CLEANED BY AIR VENTS AND DUCTS. THE ENTIRE HOUSE SMELLED FRESH AND THE CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW. THE SECOND TIME WAS LAST WEEK AT MY HOUSE IN ATHENS, TEXAS. AS BEFORE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISIFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY YOUR ASSOCIATES. THEY WERE BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THIS SECOND TIME YOU ALL WENT THE EXTRA MILE BY DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO ATHENS TO CLEAN MY VENTS AND AIR DUCTS. ACTUALLY THAT WAS ABOUT AN EXTRA 80 MILE EFFORT. WELL DONE. YOUR COMPANY IS TOPS IN YOUR CATEGORIES. GOOD JOB ONCE AGAIN. I WILL REFER YOUR COMPANY TO ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS.

Professional technicians who do excellent job; no chemicals; CLEAN carpets

The tech was very professional, friendly and thorough!

I am impressed with how well the hot water cleans my carpets, and because no chemicals are used, the carpets stay clean MUCH LONGER!!!

Also, I would like to say how impressed I was with Lamar, the service tech. He was very courteous, concientious, thorough, and motivated. I will be sure and request him for my next visit.

My technician (Braxton) was super nice and very knowledgable about the product. He did a great job and left the floors spotless! I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.

The process is amazing! It gets out spots and cleans like no other carpet cleaning company has. The technician was very knowledgeable, informative, curious and did an excellent job. I will definitely continue to use Zerorez and will ask for the same technician who cleaned our carpets.

You can't. The first guys came out and did not get the rugs clean but were sure in a hurry to sell me extras. They then had to come back and spots still showed. I was told buy customer service someone would come out and look at them and never did. had to call back and then just got an email that we should let them take it in! Absolutely not!You still had one of my largest rugs and didn't know how it would turn out. Nnedless to say you ruined the texture and the stains are still there. Then.... you sent two guys out to lay down a 20x20 area rug and I notified the scheduler they were going to have to lay and roll back out. Tow guys who were in no shape or frame to lay it and two of us at the house had to lay it and its still not where it should be. I'm disgusted with this company.

I like that my stains accurately come out and do not reappear. I have had other companies come out and clean my carpets and the stain reappear. We were really pleased with the service Robert provided for our carpets and tile cleaning. I recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
