What do you like about our products and services?

Everything is very green --your products. Our carpet is very clean and smells very good--a clean smell, not perfume, when the job is finished. Our serviceman was very professional and did his very best to clean our carpet. He seemed to be a perfectionist. We are quite pleased.

I think you charged me for an extra room and now that the carpet had dried I don't see that noticeable of a difference.

I was happy with my carpets after they were cleaned. The service person was on time and very professional. He explained everything in detail and was finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend zerorez.

What could we do to improve?

In general, the carpets do look better, but some stains came back after the carpet completely dried. You advertise that you make old, dirty carpets look like new, and that didn't happen. Again, they do look better than they did, but I expected a little bit more based on the advertising. Also, the "Jody Dean Special" promised a $50 restaurant gift certificate, and I didn't get that. Technicians were very courteous.

What do you like about our products and services?

I will only get my carpet cleNed by ZeroRez. It's the most enviormentaly safe and the carpet dries so quickly. And of course everything look so clean and smell great. No harsh chemical smells. The technicians are very professional and aim to make you 100% happy with everything.

Best thing -- the people you hire! From scheduling the appointment to the crew who did the work, everyone was so professional, helpful and courteous. It was super easy to make an appointment that worked with my schedule, and the carpets looked like new when your tech finished.
