This was my first time to use Zerorez, and I was very pleased with everything. The technician was at my home during the hours I had been told, and he did a very good job which included some very stubborn pet stains. He was very professional and informative regarding the process. Also, the person who made the appointment was efficient and informative. I would definitely recommend Zerorex.
Our Tech. Jimmy was outstanding and very knowledgeable about his job willing to go that extra mile for the customers needs. I will ask for him every time we need our carpets and tile cleaned.

The carpet looks great. However, it is very stiff now and not nearly as soft. Our carpet is only a year old and in great shape so I didn't expect to lose the soft feel with a cleaning.

Our tech was Brad; he was on time, very personable, experienced and worked very hard to show us what Zerorez can do...my husband and I were so astonished to see the results of tile and grout cleaning (free 100 sq. ft.), that we asked him to clean all of our tile! Very pleased customers and have already recommended Zerorez to friends today!
Once the carpet dried, there were several large spots that showed up. I'm very disappointed in how the carpet looks. This is the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.

The customer service representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that I get a call prior to the person arriving at my house, and they are always prompt. The person is always friendly and professional and they always do a really great job.
Something went wrong at the doorway between kitchen and front room. It looks very dirty, and carpet was forced under metal strip.
The recent service we had done was not what we expected, I will say the first time we used your service it was awesome, the carpet was soaked when the tech left, and once it dried you could basically see the same spots in the rug. I have a carpet cleaner that we use on a regular bases to maintain our carpet we just wanted to get a professional cleaning this time, so this time I'll say it wasn't a good job but I will say the guy was friendly and good customer service.
We were very pleased with the results of our carpet, it looks like new. There were some spots that we didn't know what they were from, & Jimmy was able to remove them.

Technicians are always prompt, professional and do outstanding work. Our service technician worked extremely hard to remove the red wine spills. We are always satisfied with the service.
