Better communication, I did not receive a call back when I requested an appt. I eventually had to call the office to set a date and time.
I like everything! The carpet looks so much better, and I especially like the flash pet treatment. The fiber protection is great, also.
I want to praise Robert for his knowledge, experience and friendly professionalism. He worked very hard to get the rug to look the best he could during this cleaning. My older rug still has areas that need further cleaning because of problematic past cleanings. I will be calling for another appointment in the future.

The gentleman (he was a very nice gentleman) came in early within the time window that had been set. I really appreciated that. He did his best with avery old carpet.
I feel that I started with a decent price $99, but by the time they keep pushing more at you, the price escalates quickly. I was quoted $525 to clean my kitchen tile floor, I feel that is an attempt to gouge me. If the pricing was more in line, I would use more of the services. But I really think that $294 for carpet and $525 for tile is ridiculous. I can replace the floors for not much more.
