I am not sure what you are using to clean because the dirt and spots were NOT removed. My house does not have pets or small children , therefore our carpets are not heavily soiled.
The tech was very nice, but I will be calling you to discuss the problem.

No residue. Ease of scheduling

The technician was very professional, explained each step he was completing, informed me what to expect as far as recurring stains and moved some small furniture items. He also called the office to see if I could get one of the promotional deals that were out at the time. I did! Thank You.

I'm not sure if I am correct with my concern. I used to be in the carpet cleaning and I have recommended y'all to past customers and others that I know. However I watched this time and saw the gentlemen pre spraying then with the wand make one pass with the vacuum and only make one pass with the water. I would like to know if one pass is suffecient in getting the carpet clean or should it have been at least 2 wash passes before the vacuum passes?

Fast, efficient and friendly. Somewhat expensive but worth the extra few dollars.
