The steps did not come as clean and a few stains remain. I would have preferred for the tech to mention this to me rather than finding out afterwards.

First tech did not clean the carpet right
No chemicals used to clean carpet. Technitican (Josh Rawling) took extra care to get carpet clean
Using the Brush Pro to exfoliate the carpet before the final cleaning really made a difference. Looks like new carpet again

All went well with the carpet cleaning. The confusing part was you all were suppose to call back to confirm, you didn't so I wasn't expecting the carpet cleaner that morning. Luckily I was home and he was able to clean. I wasn't ready and would of been nice to have a 24 hour notice and not a 10 minute warning.

Disappointed that I was not able to get 20% off since we are well over an hour away from Brazillian Restaurant gift card that was given.
Made the price very high. This was given to me last two appointments. Rep on phone told me technician has to give it at appt, but tech said he's not allowed. Tech was super friendly and nice though. Yet will move caret companies since higher than most.
Efficiency
Very efficient and proficient work. No mess and carpets that were cleaned were dry within 6 hours, helped by our use of area fans. Your technician was the quickest worker we've ever experienced.
The non-soap option, and high degree steam.
The price was just not what I expected. I thought I was getting 3 rooms, small hallway, and tile for $99. The price didn't include the hallway.

I stayed at home from work all day the first day that my appointments were scheduled and both were delayed several times during the day to the point that they were not going to make it until 6:00 that night. the scheduler was not apologetic or concerned that this resulted in me having to stay home an additional day the next week for the services.
The guys that did do the work were very friendly and helpful - I would recommend them again anytime!
