Excellent service technician

I am very happy with the technician who came out and re-cleaned my carpet yesterday! He did an excellent job!

I love that it really gets things clean and restores them to their original color.

Also, I was not able to be there (it was a gift for my daughter) and the service technician kept in touch with me about the extra areas we were considering.

Michael, the technician, was terrific. He was there on time, evaluated the job and explained the additions to the basic service that it was going to take to remove some heavy urine stains. He took the time necessary to complete the job. If we use you again, I will ask for him.

Your customer service department is another story. The radio advertising is deceiving and their explanation when making the appointment is very inconclusive when describing the excess charges.

First time to use your company. Service was quick. 23 year old carpet looks much better. It will never look new, but it's a lot better.

Our technician was friendly and efficient and worked hard to remove a stubborn stain.

The results were amazing, looks so clean. No "sticky" wet feel just clean. Josh our cleaner was very personable, polite and really worked to get some tough stains out. Answered my questions. The complimentary tile cleaning was so good and CLEAN, , it was embarrassing to actually see how dirty it was. We will be scheduling tile cleaning for the remaining dirty tile. We really like zerorez, the results and the costs. Thank you!

Easy scheduling and no pressure sales

Even after paying a huge fee last time to put down the microcell protectant, the technician did a horrible job of getting up a stain near the bed and didn't get the carpet clean where it meets the time. This was the most disappointing cleaning I've ever had.

My tile/grout was cleaned yesterday and I had the grout sealed. The product that was sprayed on the grout left a slimy film on the tile and there were several areas of the tile that are close to the edges that were missed. I called today to discuss, but I was informed that no one is available to come out until the middle of next week. Meanwhile I have tile that feels slimy and has a film on it. I am quite disappointed!!

Your reservation department and people are horrible. Also you were 3 hours late, and after closer inspection you skipped doing behind my doors. Lazy!
