Very courteous employees and great looking floors!
Josh was very prompt, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and patient. My carpets are 9 years old and look great after Josh cleaned them. And, he did such a wonderful job on the 100sf tile/grout cleaning "freebie" that I am going to schedule tile/grout cleaning for my entire house.
I have some new brown spots on my rug where furniture was placed by the rug cleaner. A lamp left marks, a table left a mark. I hope these marks are not permanent. If I do recommend Zerorez to anyone, I would warn them of this danger.
The products are safe and the service was great. The tech explained every thing he was doing.
Zerorez is able to get out the hardest stains; i.e., high traffic areas, etc. The carpet smells fresh and clean and sanitized. We have used Zerorez at least 4 times and have been completely satisfied each time. We will continue to recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.
The men came exactly at the beginning of the appointment time. They were exceptionally polite and considerate. There was one biological stain that required extra work and they kept at it until it was completely clean. They gave clear instructions about drying time and even cautioned me about stepping on our wood floor after walking on the damp carpet to be careful not to slip and fall.

A week out of scheduling the appt I asked for the first appt of that day. When they called the two days prior to the appt they told me I could not have that appt time. I would think a week out I figured I could get the desired appt.
We have used your company several times and we always get a good cleaning. However,
this time there are still some stains showing through. I thought a pre-spot was standard but maybe not.
The tech that did the cleaning at my two residences was horrible. He didn't take enough time at each location to do the job completely. When I came home there was a spot sitting under a tray table, completely visible, and he didn't touch it. He cleaned to within inches of it, but just left it.
I have always had excellent service from Zerorez through the last 4 years, but I am considering switching to a different company because of this. I do not want this technician ever coming to my home again, either of them.

I did not like the way the pricing was done... I was under the impression, and asked the technician as well, if the 20% coupon that I had would be deducted from the overall quote before taxes. As it turns out, that was not the case... I frankly feel I was over charged by $39.00. The technician did a good job on cleaning the carpets, but he was a little to much of a "salesman" for my liking. I have used this particular Zerorez several times before, but not sure I will again.

ZeroRez seems to always keep the time indicated when making an appointment. My last appointment was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The tech was here at 8:00 a.m., which was wonderful as I had a list of errands I had to make after ZeroRez completed the carpet cleaning. The tech was careful of walls and doors and answered any question I had. When I reviewed the carpet after it was cleaned, I had two or three spots I asked him to clean again, which he readily did. The only suggestion I have is -- it would be nice if the techs would wear booties on their shoes when in the house. It was raining on my appointment day. Fortunately, I had a rug just as he entered the house, so he could wipe his shoes off before walking on the carpet. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who would appreciate the booties being worn in the house. Please give this some thought.
There is still distinct smell in my house that I paid to be eliminated.
