I'm very pleased with the results of our recent cleaning. I'm just hoping the stains don't start to reappear.

Such friendly staff and great job on cleaning carpet! Robert and Jalen were very courteous and did a wonderful job!

The cleaning didn't remove several of my carpet stains. Somewhat disappointed but not totally surprised.

They did an excellent job, and the tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and he let me review the work in progress so we stayed on the same page and my expectations were met throughout the process.

Service Team was friendly and professional. I also like that you don't use all the chemicals, etc to "clean" the carpets. This time we are especially impressed with the tile cleaning! Our kitchen floor has not looked or felt this good since it was installed.

The great thing is that the friendliness and caring is great and the efficiency is wonderful. Carpet was fantastic after the service. We will definitely use y'all again and definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone! Thank you!

No chemicals

I really loved our carpet tech!! He was friendly, polite, and personable. It seemed as if he really cared about doing a great job. That overshadowed the fact that I was not impressed with the scheduling method and I had a little bit of sticker shock when I paid. We were first time customers and will be repeat customers.

It really cleans and does not leave a soap residue

Drying time on carpet. As ALWAYS it takes 24 hours BEFORE we can put back our furniture. This time the van leaked oil on our street, left tile cleaner on some tile (in his defense the sofa was covering the area) I contacted you without a response on the tile. Tile cleaner was splashed on leather sofa - damage there too. :(

I still love the concept of no chemicals - well, mostly no chemicals.

I loved your customer service staff and the professionalism of your technician.
We had some unexpected challenges and had questions and your staff was able to get them
All answered and I was really surprised at how well the carpet looked and didn't smell.

Carpet looks great

Appointment system shows consideration and respect for the customer's time, technicians are prompt and courteous, carpets come clean, smell great, and stay clean. Technician offered additional services, but did not push, and went beyond our expectations. Nice to see a company doing it right!

I like the fact that you only use water. I have had my carpets cleaned several times and I only call Zeorez. They are the only ones that can get the dirt out of heavy traffic areas. The carpet always gets nice and clean.

Prompt, personable, professional and perfection!

No harsh chemicals and steam cleaning. The drying time was much better than other carpet cleaners.

This would be a 10 from the first experience we had but this time we are not as satisfied.

The first time we had a huge dark coffee stain from a whole cup of coffee that spilled.

This time we had a light coffee stain in one room and we don't know what the stains were in the other two rooms. Our carpet does look much better but there are still signs of (small visually) stains in all three areas. We had a quality control guy come by and he treated all the spots by a chemical trying to dissolve the stains. Again they are better yet but are hope and thinking is they would be totally gone after our first experience with ZeroRez. We were thinking the second time out they would get the hose out and go over all the spots again but instead the method was to just dissolve them. I don't know what the company policy is for second trips on spots that have resurfaced but I just feel like they would be completely gone if they would of been gone over with the hose again.

The efficiency of the cleaning

Cleaned and fast

Ensure that individuals who are sent to clean can physically do the job. Also, last year, we were much more impressed with the considerate actions of the workers & how they handled equipment within our home. This time, it wasn't as neat and clean.

Your techs are always promt, friendly, and eager to help. They really seem to enjoy their jobs. I especially love that your cleanser is nothing more than empowered water. With 5 pets, I appreciate that there are no chemicals because I need to get my carpets cleaned often. The carpets always come out beautifully.

Fast & efficient & carpet looks and feels nice.
