Technician personality
no overpowering perfumes . Technician was very polite and knowledgeable . He gave an excellent presentation of what the company could do for me without being pushy which is the main reason I would use this company again. The only reason company gets a 9 instead of a 10 is that when you call for an estimate and you tell them you will decide after you talk to the cleaning technician what you want to have done , the technician is not empowered to make this decision on his own , he must call in to superviser.So this technician gets a 10. management -1
Substandard job.
Areas of the carpet First name removed't look like they were cleaned (i.e., they look better when I use my rug shampooer than they did after the Zerorez treatment yesterday).
No furniture protectors (plastic sheets or styrofoam blocks) placed under any furniture. And when I called to complain, the technician came back and handed them to me at the front door, so I basically had to do his job for him (and strained my back in the process).
Some sort of liquid stain left on my back porch after the technician left.
No harsh chemicals
Love them.

The special care the technician took to review the services he was to perform and the excellent communication from the home office.
The technician was incredible and I love how he showed me the dirty water, hair in carpet, black light and all the services offered. He had pride in his job and it showed. My carpets have never looked better! Very impressed and will call again!
They should stick to their promotional price and to charge any "extra large" room that was previously quoted/inquired about.

Quick and easy to schedule appointment, carpet cleaner (Greg) was on-time and proficient and the start-to-finish process was pleasant and totally professional. My clean and fresh carpet is such a great bargain!

This is the first time that we've ever been truly disappointed in Zerorez. All our spots have reappeared already, and some were never addressed to begin with. VERY unlike previous visits.
I like that my carpets are clean, and fluffy.
The products are green and the carpet(inexpensive, I live in an apartment)looked very nice. Except for 3 small spots, (the tech and I saw one and he went over it again and it still came up). Also the tech knew his products.
You did good job with cleaning my carpets and I like that you use cleaning products that don't have that much purfume and less chemicals .
