The technician was promptly on time, explained all my option and their cost. He did an excellent job getting some really tough stains out!!! He was clean and courteous!!!!
Tech's are courteous. Your products leave a clean smell not a perfume or soapy smell.
I know the carpets recently cleaned were extremely stained and worn, however, I was hoping for a little better result and the carpet stayed wet until the following day. I don't think they withdrew the water out enough.
Louis was on time, very polite and did a very thorough job explaining the process and cleaning my rugs. Excellent service and results. I highly recommend them.

I was looking forward to having zerorez clean my carpets. Terrance was very polite and professional so I give him a high mark, but I was very disappointed with the results of my carpets. They feel very coarse and crunch when I walk in them, as if the fibers have been stripped. It's as if there is a residue on them still. Although my carpets were needing a cleaning, I would have rathered that, than the damaged carpet I have now after they have been cleaned. On top of the feel of the carpet, hardly any of the stains came out. I also recieved 100 sq ft if tile cleaning, which left a film on the tile and the remaining tile that was not clean was left dirty. I guess from the hoses and the dripping. I would like someone to contact me about this to see if there is a resolution.

Wonderful service
After only a month and the same dirty marks that was on my carpet is now back. It is only just me and my husband so I know we don't get it dirty so fast. Very disappointed thought your company could get the darkness on the wear patterns out.

The gentlemen that come to our home are always police, professional and very friendly. They are honest about what they can do for my carpet and don't try to "up sell" on items I don't need or that won't improve my carpet. They always do a test cleaning spot and have me look at the spot to make sure I am happy with the results before cleaning the entire area. The results are frequently better than I have expected, they are on time and I wouldn't use anyone else. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends and always tell them you are the only company I use.
