The attention to detail
The sales person, Roderick, was very professional in explaining the process of the cleaning product and service. It was informational without being condescending or overly-familiar.

Zerorez was late arriving for scheduled appointment. I scheduled between 10-12 but technician arrived at 12:45. I did receive a call letting me know but I still hadn't planned for such a late appointment. I had other things planned for the afternoon so I was a bit anxious for the technician to leave so I forgot to ask for (and the technician didn't offer) my free tile cleaning and the Estilo Gaucho gift card. Additionally, although some areas did look better, others looked worse after the carpets finished drying. In fact some new ones seemed to appear. Im not sure what that's about.
The ZeroRez process left my carpets clean and fluffy with no sticky residue. When the previous owner moved out, I found ugly stains in the living room carpet and was concerned they wouldn't come up. I'm happy to report that after your technician pretreated and cleaned those stains, they are gone. Thank you so much and I will be recommending you to my friends!

The price was much higher than I was given to think. The tech told me the amount before I agreed to the treatment but I was always in a place where I couldn't hire someone else.
We were very pleased with our carpet cleaning. I'm not sure I remember his name.Maybe it was Jason. He was very nice and he took his time cleaning. We did not have a problem with residue like we had the last time. I will ask for him next time we get our carpet cleaned.

Took over 5 days to dry. Still waiting on my refund of 20% since he did not give me when he gave me my total. If I do not hear some back by today I will cal the Bibb.
