I called in to make an appointment and as a new customer I told the operator that I heard the ad on 98.7 KLUV with JODY in the Morning. I scheduled an appointment to have my carpets cleaned and they came out and cleaned my carpets and left without providing me with the special on the radio of a Free tile cleaning as well as a Brazilian Steakhouse Gift Card. I will be letting the radio know that they are false advertising for Zerorez as they were the reason I called Zerorez in the first place.

Great service, timely, well priced, and excellent results.

Well, I had a RE-DO on Saturday. What a day and night difference. My carpet was dry in a few hours compared to 3 days the last time(last time it was saturated in water). The technician was very kind and knew I had had a very bad experience the last time and more than made up for the difference. I saw tools and equipment I hadn't seen before and it made a hugh difference. He actually seemed happy to be here and wanted to help.

Very professional, cleaning is excellent, no residual odor or residue. The Staff that came to do our carpets and kitchen tile was extremely professional, friendly. He took his time and was eager to satisfy our needs for a clean carpet and tiles. He even gave us tips that would help to keep our carpet looking clean.

I had my carpet cleaned as well as one of our very delicate Hanstens mattresses.

The technician took his time to do his job and he took attention to the small details, something other carpet cleaning companies have not done. Mostly everyone has attentive staff, but to have technicians who show they care by paying attention to the small things really makes a difference.

I was very happy with the service and I have recommended it ever since.

One bedroom with carpet stains pointed out to technician were not sufficiently cleaned. Stains remain the same as before cleaning.
We also had 580 sf of ceramic tile cleaned and sealed (100 sq free with special promotion). Most areas were satisfactorily cleaned, however after floors dried, dirty residue was found throughout the tiled areas. The total paid for this cleaning was $1,120.39. I am needless to say disappointed.
I can say the technician was very nice and considerate and arrived on time for the appointment. He however did not at any time during the cleaning wear the special "booties" over his shoes while he was inside the house.
We are also due a $50 Estilo Gaucho Gift certificate which we assume will be sent to us by mail.
Special Note, I am a long-time listener to Jody Dean at KLUV radio who advertises and highly recommends Zerorez on a continued basis. As a repeat Zerorez customer, these advertisements induced me to call again for cleaning services.

We also have a friend in our neighborhood who wanted us to recommend Zerorez, however based on this latest experience, we do not feel we can make that recommendation.

I have had Dalworth clean my house before. I stopped using them after they brought in a very old and smoky truck that left my garage full of smoke as they were cleaning my house.

I switched to Zerorez because my husband had mentioned it. A friend had told him about it.

After the first service I was incredibly pleased. The technicians paid attention to the smallest detail and were cordial. The carpet was cleaner than it had been before and stayed clean for a while.

I have used them now also to clean out one of our very delicate Hanstens mattress. The job was done right.

I had a technician come out a to take care of some stains that had not gone away and he was great, took care of the stains and explained to me reasons and what to expect. He was cordial, knowledgeable and felt he really cared about my being pleased with the service. I was even more pleased that he was Hispanic, like me.
