The first technician did not want to use sheets in the entry way to protect and keep the floor clean and he did not extract the pet spot treatment from the carpet upstairs leaving a large dark spot where the treatment was left in the rug. the night I had to blot the spot with towels to try to get some of the treatment out of the rug. I had to call the next day and get another technician out to resolve the issue.
Zerorez always does a great job.. Their service techs are professional, courteous and very thorough. We have older carpeting and it always looks like new when Zerorez is finished. Thank you, Zerorez!

Our technician, Erick, explained and demonstrated every step of the Zerorex process & I never felt pressured to buy a service I didn't want/need.. I'm really impressed how fast, thorough and efficient the techs were who came out and cleaned both tile and carpet areas. They made extra effort to remove stains and explain not only the Zerorez equipment and treatments used but also the cause of high traffic grime and care to maintain a Zerorez cleaned floor. Love the service and the price specials offered. Have used before and will use again!

Joshua did an excellent job. My dog passed away from bladder cancer & had completely soiled our bedroom carpet. I realize it will have to be replaced because of the odor. If it were not for that, the carpet looks great. He even removed a stain in the living room that your service seemed to not be able to remove. He did a great job! Very polite and professional.

Clear explanation of the cost and services
I wanted an area rug cleaned but did not want to pay $125. Technician did not move anything. If I had not been there he would not have moved a small crate of toys or a 15lb keyboard.

Some carpeting without fans on them remained wet after 24 hours. Also, plastic protectors were not placed under furniture that remained in place to protect them from wetness. A particular problem with 2 dog crates that have wire metal bottoms.

Green products that are very effective
Gregg Courtney is an excellent technician. I have used Zerorez 4 times and Gregg was top notch. He was as detailed in his explanations, attention to cleaning detail, etc., as the technician I had for my initial use. The 2 in between were good, too, but just not as meticulous as the first one and Gregg. Gregg did not rush through, but used a measured and very thorough approach, which I appreciated. He was extremely careful to check and double check the troublesome areas that I had pointed out in the beginning, going back over them until he was satisfied. Some of the others seemed to be in a rush to get in and out quickly. Thank you very much.
I like your committment to the satisfaction of the customer. You listened when I said more of the stains will come out of the carpet, and they did. I looks so much better; at least 80% better. I thank you so much for the re-wash.
I was also very impressed and thankful of the 2nd quality control zero-rez employee since he was the one who did the re-do, and informed me of so many small facts that I never knew about carpet and maintaining its cleanliness.

I do not think the technician cleaned the carpet in the master closet. After it dried, the carpet had dark streaks where the dirt was spread around.

Our dog had acted out in anger in quite a few places. We were considering replacing our carpet but thought we would have it cleaned one final time. I liked the idea of Zerorez not using chemicals. And guess what- our carpet looks fantastic! He was able to clean more than the 2 previous services. It makes a big difference!
After the supervisor came out to look at the dark pet treatment spot that the first technician left in the rug, we were please with the result. I do feel that the texture of the rug has changed a little because of the "chemical" used, however. We were very pleased with this technician whose name I cannot remember.
