The soiled areas (that I pointed out to the rep) still have the spots. The rep was great, very nice and professional. I couldn't see that the spots were still there when the carpet was wet and with the 'combing'. I already have called and a quality control guy is coming out to look. So, currently just waiting to see....
your tech arrived at 1:35 and was packed up ready to go at 2:25. I paid him $218. My
carpets weren't that dirty and the short amount of time your tech spent there made that
fact obvious. easy money

Carpets cleaned very well no residue
We have used Zerorez multiple times. We paid $90 for a single room protectant on the last cleaning. We were told this would prevent any stains and make it easier to clean. There were still notable stains on our carpets after this cleaning.
There is no odor with the cleaning. The staff explains everything prior to the work being done & they do not waste time getting the carpets cleaned.

Jimmy was excellent and it was very obvious he loves his job.He was very enthusiastic when he told us about their services.My carpets have never been so clean and so far, no spots are showing up that usually do with a regular carpet cleaning company.We have no house pets and there is only the two of us, but we had some high traffic areas that needed attention. I am very happy with the job they did and will definitely be using them again!

I have already recommended your Company to several people. I was please with the technician, Josh as well as Terrence ( not sure I spelled his name correctly). Unfortunately, there was a lot of confusion when Terence/Tawrence was here.... But, here still very professional and respectful of my confusion that day. Turns out, I had to be hospitalized after Josh performed services for us and indeed I did have some issues that made me seem confused. I was dehydrated, had low blood sugar and my all the medications I had been prescribed over 6 weeks of being sick were a very bad combination. But as far as the final service, my husband and I are very pleased with Zerorez.. We did purchase the air purifier and air conditioning filter and we are glad we did.
I like that you do not use chemicals. My Service Tech was very Nice and showed up on time and left in a timely matter.
That when it didn't get done right the first time a supervisor came. He redid the job and everything looks 100% better. Thank you!
