Difficulty scheduling. First time, I had to call you to get my time window and was given a time that I explained would only work if he came at the early end. He came at the end of the window and could not have completed the job by the time I needed to leave. I had to reschedule and this worked out OK. I will say there are still spots on my carpet that I know to be coffee drips - these should be able to be removed. I will work on them, but...

I have been calling and speaking with supervisors since the service was provided about the fact that I contracted to have master bedroom + closet done for a client. Tech "upsold" client on my charge card, without authorizing additional work with me - still awaiting resolution, credit for unauthorized additional work!

We like the technique that has less detergent and chemicals. Pet stains came out and have not reappeared after a few days. Zerorez was able to get us in fairly last minute (in just two days timeframe), and was able to accommodate the time slot I requested. Carpets look great and so does our tile. Huge before and after difference.

Quick & cleaned better than any other system I used. Greg was great. He explained the service and answered all our questions

1. You dropped the ball on your scheduling of help for two buildings for Oct 22. I have the Sept 28, 2016 email appointment confirmations for both.
2. Several of your employees have no pride in workmanship and did a hit or miss cleaning.
3. When I asked why they were not able to clean some of the spotted areas on my one year old commercial carpet, they tried to sell me a $1,500 carpet protection package to prevent future spotting. Why would I purchase a protection package to put over spotting they would not clean.
4. Tile cleaning was horrible. After they used their special tile machine they left dirty water standing on the tile in five of the six restrooms. Tile floors and gout are now stained.
5. As of 6:00 a.m. this morning, I have text and emailed for a meeting with Ron Self and Kyle Peterson to review both buildings and discuss all the problems.
6. I really do not think any of the employees thought I would be checking behind them.
7. I am not sure what you will need to do to make things right with so many things wrong other that redo the problem areas to my satisfaction ASAP.
8. I do know that I want Bob McKee aware of my dissatisfaction with this job and if he is available to meet with us.

No chemical smell

Seth did a great job of cleaning our carpets - they look like new again!
I was a bit disappointed though with the person who scheduled me because she
offered me a time slot of 8-10 or 10-12 and I chose the latter.
When I was notified to confirm the day before the appointment, I was told that
I had been given the early slot.

The technician convinced me that paying the extra $150 ($75 per gallon) of special cleaner would "make the pet stains go away and not smell... like it was never there". The stains surfaced again before the carpet was even dry. Very disappointed that he made a claim that was false. As far as I can tell the smell is gone, but not the stains. Also, my husband was told we would get a free grout cleaning and a gift card to a restaurant. Neither of those things were offered.
Also, we originally scheduled for Monday afternoon. Friday afternoon when I was out of town I got a call that the technician was on the way to my house.

Carpets always look great after they have cleaned them.
Their technicians are polite and courteous. They thoroughly explain
what they will do and the costs.
