What I like about Zerorez is there Straightforward way of cleaning; They show up on time & ready to work with a 30min call a head & 2hr window we did not have to take off the a full day just to get the carpets cleaned. Our tech got to work right away helping us understand the process & what we could expect. We love the use of Empowered water(No soap needed),BrushPro(Helps lift dirt and fluff carpet) & Overall Service Guarantee included in the price. They were On time, Clean, Polite & Professional paying extra attention to the areas that needed it most & doing an overall Excellent job! Techs are always courteous and try to get out old or new stains. Like that my 14 year old carpet feels like new when you leave after it dries.

It is the most effective way of removing pet stains. My carpet is clean and smells fresh.
There was still dirt left on my area rug after the cleaning. I got a white rag and some mild detergent and dabbed at one area that appeared to still be dingy, and the rag came up soiled. I didn't feel like it was a thorough enough cleaning.

The carpets look new again! Very friendly personnel and they are conscious to clean everything the correct way.
Some stains reappeared after the carpet was dry, even though it looked great when the technician left. Also, the technician moved my furniture onto a wooden floor, scraping the heck out of my floor. Again, this is something I didn't see until the next day when we moved the furniture back onto the carpet. Live and learn...next time I will move all of the furniture myself.
