The gentleman arrived on time and was very happy to meet our concerns about the carpet cleaning. We had one tough stain that we were concerned with and he was able to get it cleaned and I was completely amazed. I was very satisfied with with Zerorez and would recommend them highly.

Our technician Edward arrived on time and completed the job on time. He took time to explain the process, what we could expect for a complete dry time. He explained your water and procedure very
Left carpet very clean. Ricard is a professional and taught me carpet care. I had never been told why it's important to clean carpet once a year. His explanation was so easy to understand sharing why the carpet begins leaving paths.
Its safe, There was a clean odor after the carpets were done. The person who came finished in one hr. and 15 min., which was nice. It did take a long time to dry, but that may be due to the cold weather.
