The technician was very nice and did a good job
I just didn't care for how wet the carpet stayed for about 8 hours .... I like everything else - the man that came , the process itself ... But for $136 dollars for 2 full rooms and a small section of a room and a hall - I would have like to be able to put furniture back before the next day. He left at 10:55 am and my floors were still wet at 9 pm.

Your technician was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the products and what my needs required to complete the job satisfactorily. I put him under a ton of pressure by telling him that I was selling my house and had a showing at 6:00pm. He immediately got down to business and went to work. He was very kind and listened to everything that I said.

Not very good at spot cleaning. And then charge too much for that even if it fails.
My carpets always look and smell great after Zerorez has cleaned them. Years ago, I used whatever carpet cleaning company was the cheapest. As a result, stains would reappear after a few weeks in the same spots - but not with Zerorez. Thanks!
