Easy and quick to schedule. Good pricing!
When my initial rug cleaning did not get out 2 of the spots I was concerned about, they sent a quality control rep back to my house to retreat for FREE. He was able to completely get the stains out! I am very happy with ZeroRez and will use them again.
Friendly service and thorough job
Jose Vasquez was our technician. He was professional, courteous and kind. He took the time to explain what the services were that would best serve our needs. Our carpets have never been so clean or smelled so much better!
The first time we used zerorez I saw a massive difference when the carpet was cleaned.
The last two times I did not notice a difference. Granted the carpet has aged, but we
should have noticed a difference. The technician chipped the side of the tub and did
not tell anyone.

It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the Tile Cleaning Cost was more than 100 % over the
cost of the total house. Comparing this cost to that of firms that clean tile only it is a bit of a stretch.
The final note added that I was advised of dog urine in house. Our dog does not urinate in the house.
This was absurd.
It was quick & dried fast. The cost for cleaning a synthetic 5 x 8 rug was outrageous, in my opinion. It was $60 as opposed to $29 for an entire room. If the rag haven't been so dirty I would have skipped it. The next time I get my rugs cleaned I will probably go with someone locally.
Time will tell about your product, still evaluating. Rating is based on the tech who did the service. Very professional. Outstanding. Went the extra mile.
Aaron did an excellent job removing pet urine and make-up stains. It was a bwas a little pricey but worth every cent.
Our tech was the nicest young man. HE worked very hard & did not try to talk us into anything we had not asked for. He tried to clean our sofa, but when the test area did not come out completely ckean, he suggested we not go ahead & do something he didn't feel would pleaseem ys. I cannot say enough good things about him.
The tech that came to our home was polite, clean cut, and respectful. He made a sincere effort to do s good job. I will request him next time I schedule an appointment.
Very expensive
The technician seemed to be in a hurry and missed a few places. Some areas didn't look any better than before and I asked him to go back over the area in two different rooms. I used Zerorez before and it was much better.
Both product and service were great. Did a great job on my old carpet. Made it look new again.
Carpet has no odor after treatment. We get the stain prevention treatment which works really well.
One negative - no call was received prior to the scheduled appointment day indicating a time range. We had to call to find out the time range.
